Villa l Embusquee

This self catering holiday home, Villa l'Embusquee, has a driveway as well as an entrance gate and ample parking space.
The living floor can be reached via a spacious stone staircase, leading to a partially covered terrace (also awning available) with dining table and chairs and a magnificent view of the village of Bargemon and the Provencal landscape.
From the terrace the house is entered through sliding doors, via a large living room and dining room with fireplace. It has a flat screen TV with Dutch channels via a satellite receiver, Apple TV, DVD player and sound system. Telephone and wireless internet available.
From the living room a staircase leads to the mezzanine (loft) with a spacious double bedroom.
The spacious modern open plan kitchen, is equipped with a convection oven, an electric 4-burner stove, dishwasher, a large fridge / freezer combination and a microwave oven. In the hall there is a door to a large double bedroom with bathroom (large walk-in shower, toilet and two sinks), a door to a separate toilet and a door with access to the internal staircase that connects to the guest apartment below.
On the ground floor you will find this guest apartment which consists of a hall with access to a double bedroom with bathroom (shower, toilet and sink). From this bedroom there is direct access to the terrace with swimming pool. From the hall below, a second door gives access to a fully furnished spacious sitting / bedroom with kitchen corner and washing machine. Here is a double sofa bed and a separate toilet with sink. There is also a terrace from this living room / bedroom.
The pool is set on the side of the house and is maintained by a specialist. It has a large terrace with sun beds, umbrella and table with chairs and in addition there is a terrace (slightly higher) under a tree where you can sit in the shade. From both terraces there are stunning views over the surrounding landscape.
