Villa les Pins is a beautiful, modern new villa for up to 6 adults and 2 children (from 8 years of age) with stunning sea views!
The villa has a living area of 150 m2 and has spectacular sea views on both floors. This villa is situated at 2 km walk from the beach and the centre of Carqueiranne with several cosy restaurants, bars and beach bars. The house has just been completed and has a contemporary design. From both the terrace, the pool and the living room you have a sea view. Adjacent to the living room and kitchen is the terrace with a beautiful infinity pool, where you can enjoy the sun or shade of the beautiful view, where the water of the pool disappears into the sea.
There are comfortable sun loungers and the large dining table on the terrace makes it complete for a delicious lunch or dinner with a great view of the Côte d'Azur!

On the ground floor is the kitchen. This is fully equipped. In the half open kitchen and the living room there are glass doors, which really make the terrace an extension of the living room.
On the ground floor there is also the master bedroom with a double bed (160x200). This bedroom has a bathroom, which is equipped with a bath, shower, washbasin and a toilet. The room has a mezzanine, where possibly 2 children can sleep on the sofa bed (120x190).
Next to the kitchen is the living room, which is equipped with flat-screen TV and a cosy fireplace. The living room also has glass sliding doors on the south and west sides, which can be opened completely and which offer a beautiful sea view. There is a separate guest toilet.
Via the staircase in the hall you reach the 1st floor, where the other 2 bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom with toilet are located.
The entire house is equipped with air conditioning and Fiber 4G.
For a cosy dinner in the open air, there is a lovely barbecue and a large sunshade that provides enough shade.
