The house
The apartment is all one one floor with a mezzanine which sleeps a couple. There is an open plan kitchen and sitting room. This has two two seater sofas, and a TV. The two bedrooms are off this area, one with a large double bed and the other with twin beds. There is a beautiful bathroom with WC as well as a separate WC as well. There is an outside terrace which looks over the shared gardens and river to the countryside beyond. There are French windows from both the kitchen and the sitting room on to this terrace. It faces south so lots of sunshine. No pets allowed.

Activities
The village of Cotignac has a Tuesday market each week,. It is also very close to good walking and mountain biking tracks. There are wine domains for wine tasting and farms selling olive oil. The Lac St Croix is only three quarters of an hour by car and there you can do all sorts of water sports as well as walking and cycling. The coast is an hour away by car with all that offers.

This is a well appointed apartment which gives space and comfort for a couple or family of four. There is a shared pool with only 11 apartments sharing the facility. It is situated in the shared gardens just a step from the front door. The interior is well designed with the very best of everything.
