Villa les Chanterelles

Villa Les Chanterelles is a treat for the eyes. The combination of authentic elements combined with modern architecture in a Provencal country stone house makes it so unique.
The villa is set among vineyards and forest, on the outskirts of Draguignan, and enjoys stunning views.
Up to 10 people can stay in 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

The villa is located in Domaine Bois des Demoiselles, a green forest area on the outskirts of Draguignan. At the property there is 1 hectare of land with also a vineyard. A beautiful view with only nature is thus guaranteed while the supermarket and the commercial and lively centre of Draguignan are only a few kilometres away.
The driveway and parking facilities are located on the north side of the villa. There is one covered pitch. The 1-hectare garden goes around the house with open garages on a lower part where there is a ping-pong table. Pets are allowed, however, the garden is not fenced.

The outdoor area is characterised by a fantastic pool terrace with open views. Several sunbeds and parasols surround it. A new lounge area will also be provided by next season, to enjoy a good glass of rosé together. The pergola with reed mats provides some shade over the wooden dining table. The pool itself is a delight for swimming enthusiasts, measuring no less than 13 m by 5 m. There are steps and a plage or low-water area along the entire length of the pool, which is very practical for smaller children. The deep end is 1.5 m deep everywhere.

You enter the house in a small corridor with a guest toilet. You then enter a large open space in the middle of which there is an open staircase with a special wooden armrest, separating the sitting area from the dining area. The living room has lots of light through the large metal-profile window structures. These add a very modern touch to the house. The dining table is also a modern design element and the leather chairs are handmade. The living room has simple but comfortable leather sofas, a fireplace and a TV corner. During the winter months, additional styling is provided for this room. The living room's windows and French doors open directly onto the pool terrace.
Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen with another large dining table. The kitchen is very practically equipped with all the necessary elements and electrical. Just think of a dishwasher at height which makes loading and unloading much easier. There are also 2 different ovens, a traditional and a steam oven, a 5-burner induction hob... and lots of kitchen equipment! Nothing will be lacking for the best chef.
The kitchen opens onto a covered terrace. Here you can have a cosy meal and enjoy the beautiful view without being disturbed by too much sunlight. A gas-fired plancha can enhance cooking skills while the children play on the babyfoot.

A first bedroom is next to the living room and opens onto its own private terrace through French doors. Nice to take your morning coffee at your own pace. The room has a double bed and lots of closet space. The adjoining bathroom has a double sink, a bath, a walk-in shower and a toilet.
The next bedrooms can be reached via the open staircase in the living room. Small children have been thought of when installing a safety rail on the stairs. There is a separate toilet in the hallway. At the front, there is then a family room or children's room consisting of a double bunk bed and 2 single beds (which can be pushed together if necessary). A wooden baby cot is also available. Despite the number of beds, the room remains very spacious with plenty of wardrobe space and an interesting height with wooden support beam. There is a small annex bathroom with sink and shower.
Bedroom 3 and 4 are both on the front of the house and offer lovely views of the pool and green surroundings. They are rooms with a double bed, fitted desk and wardrobe space. They each have a separate toilet with door in the room and, in addition, an annex bathroom with sink and shower.
The whole house is equipped with a new air conditioning system, both in the upstairs rooms and downstairs in the bedroom, living room and dining room.
