The estate is screened from the country road by an electric gate, and there is ample space to park vehicles on private property. You will be welcomed into a world where comfort, elegance and unparalleled relaxation come together.

Layout
The ground floor of this villa welcomes you with two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom fully tiled with travertine and equipped with a bathtub, a walk-in shower, double sinks and a toilet. Large sliding windows in the bedrooms and living room offer direct access to the garden. In the spacious living room you will find a comfortable seating area with TV and a separate reading corner with lounge chairs. The excellently equipped kitchen (with oven, microwave, coffee machine, Nespresso and dishwasher) offers everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. Adjacent to the kitchen is a handy storage room with washing machine. A separate toilet is located next to the main entrance.

Two en-suite bedrooms await you on the upper floor, each with its own bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and a separate toilet in the hallway.

All bedrooms and the living room of this holiday home are equipped with air conditioning to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The outdoor area of the villa features a large covered terrace with a dining table where you can enjoy breakfast in the warm morning sun. Several cosy seating areas have been created in the holiday home's garden, equipped with comfortable loungers and parasols, perfect for relaxing, reading or enjoying a refreshing drink. The slightly lower pool, measuring 10×4 metres, is heated from April to October, allowing you to enjoy a refreshing dip during much of the year.
