Villa les Prés
is a completely new, modern villa for 6 with a private heated pool, surrounded by a wooden terrace, completely renovated in 2023. From the garden you have a beautiful and unique view of the Chateau of Entrecasteaux! The village of Entrecasteaux with its cosy centre, is also within walking distance from the house. The house was recently completed and therefore equipped with all modern conveniences. The house, terrace and swimming pool are south-facing. There is a spacious living and dining room and a modern open-plan kitchen. There are three bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom. The other two rooms share a spacious bathroom. The villa has underfloor cooling*/heating.
The house is tastefully decorated and is very bright thanks to its large windows in all rooms. There is ample parking space, one of which is in the garage.
There is also a petanque court behind the house.

Layout
Villa Les Prés is a tastefully and modernly furnished holiday home with a beautiful view of the Chateau of Entrecasteaux. This villa for 6 persons was built recently. The house has a modern fitted kitchen, fully equipped with a ceramic hob, built-in oven, Senseo, filter coffee maker, dishwasher and large fridge. There is also a separate freezer in the utility room and a washing machine with ironing board/iron. The living room has a cosy sitting area with Smart TV, which is connected to a laptop via an HDMI cable.
On this laptop you can stream all French, Belgian or international channels to the TV, as well as your Netflix account or other streaming services.
There is also a radio and CD player. There is WIFI throughout the house and far outside on the terrace. There is also a large dining table for 8 and a cot and high chair.

The living room has large patio doors to the terrace where there is also a large 8-person dining table. There are also several sunbeds and parasols for relaxing by the pool. The bedrooms all have good quality mattresses and 2 bedrooms have single beds of 2.00m x 0.80m and the 3rd bedroom with its own bathroom has single beds of 2.000 x 0.90m. These mattresses are all newly purchased. Each room has ample wardrobe and storage space. The front bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and washbasin. The 2 rooms at the back share a spacious bathroom with bathtub/shower combination and a double sink. There is a separate toilet in the hallway.

Garden
Villa les Prés is situated in grounds of 1000m2. There is a large terrace around the heated swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers and a comfortable lounge set. The terrace around the pool is built from quality wood. From the living room there are patio doors to the terrace where there is a spacious 8-seater dining table. There is also a large Weber BBQ to prepare a delicious meal. For the sporty guests there are 2 MTB bikes (including helmets, safety jackets, etc.... ready to enjoy cycling.

There is plenty of parking space, one of which is in the garage. A boules court is available for those who like a game of petanque. The village of Entrecasteaux is a cosy and very authentic village with some very good restaurants. The nearby village of Salernes is also a nice village, with good restaurants and a nice market. Definitely worth a visit!

* Floor cooling: This system will slightly lower the temperature in the house. This is done by means of a pipe system in the floor construction. In most cases, the temperature is a few degrees lower than room temperature. To prevent condensation on or in the floor, the water temperature in the pipes should also not be lower than 18 degrees. This system is indirect and does not have the same effect as air conditioning.
