The house
Villa Figanières is a lovely holiday home located at walking distance (500m) from the village of Figanières. From the terrace and from the garden there is a magnificent view of the village. The house is set in grounds of 2500m2 and has a beautiful 9.5m*5m swimming pool. There is also a small municipal playground 200m from the house.

Villa Figanières is an attractive villa of 140m2 and has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a spacious living room and modern kitchen. There is also a toilet and shower in the pool house. There is an entrance hall, cosy living room with lovely sitting area, fireplace, TV, radio/CD player and dining table and three large French doors, which let a lot of light into the house. From the living room there is a view of the swimming pool and the village centre. Next to the living room is the kitchen with various appliances including 2 fridge/freezer combinations, dishwasher, induction cooker, oven, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. There is wifi internet available and in the garage a washing machine, dryer and also an ironing board/bolt.
Two bedrooms have single beds and two bedrooms have double beds. All four have their own washbasins and spacious fitted wardrobes. There is one shared bathroom with bath/shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet There are 2 separate toilets, one in the hall and one in the pool house. There is also an extra shower there.

Villa Figanières is quietly situated on a plot of 2500m2 and is within walking distance of the Provencal village of Figanières. It has a beautiful private swimming pool of 9.5 x 5m with a lockable shutter. There is also a bocce court and a swing for the children. Around the pool there are plenty of sunbeds and parasols and the view from the pool over the garden and village of Figanières is very beautiful. There is a covered terrace in front of the house with a large 8 person dining table and a coal bbq and sink in the pool house. All amenities of the village of Figanières (the bakery, supermarket, restaurants and terraces) are at 500m from the house. The big supermarkets are in Draguignan at about 4 km. There is space to park two cars on the property.

Heerlijke week gehad in deze gezellige en ruime villa. Ideale locatie, vanwege de rustige ligging net iets op een heuvel, maar slechts 5 minuten lopen naar het dorpje. De inrichting van het huis was zeer compleet en alles was brandschoon bij aankomst (hebben we wel eens minder ervaren bij andere huizen van qhome). We hadden prettig contact met de beheerder Wim, die goed bereikbaar was voor vragen. Deze villa zouden we zeker nog eens boeken.

Een fijn, ruim vakantiehuis. Wij zijn hier geweest met twee gezinnen. Het huis ligt op een heuvel aan de rand van het dorp, het oude centrum (met de bakker) ligt op loopafstand. Villa Figanieres is een modern ingerichte woning, voorzien van een ruime, nieuwe keuken. Er is een (groene) badkamer in het huis, er is een fijne douche in het poolhouse. De muren zijn dik, waardoor het niet te heet wordt in het huis. Het zwembad is heerlijk, er is voldoende ruimte buiten. In de omgeving is er veel te zien en te beleven. We hebben ons heerlijk kunnen ontspannen in villa Figanieres en ons prima vermaakt tijdens ons verblijf. Het huis ligt niet afgelegen, wel rustig. Er is zicht op het dorp, dorpsfeesten kun je zijdelings zien en horen.
Wim, onze contactpersoon van Qhome, ontving ons hartelijk, verzag ons van informatie en was beschikbaar als we hem nodig hadden, erg fijn. There are many Provencal bistros and restaurants in the vicinity. In Figanières as well as in Draguignan, Les Arcs and Callas you will find several very good restaurants from a simple pizzeria to a star restaurant. There are atmospheric terraces in medieval surroundings where you can enjoy a glass of rosé under the plane trees. The house is ideally situated for a wide range of activities such as kayaking in the Argens (20 min) or Gorges du verdon (30 min), cycling/mountain biking and hiking through the nearby vineyards. You can play golf (3 golf courses in the vicinity), tennis and horseback riding. At about 30 minutes distance you will find the natural beauty of the Gorges du Verdon, ideal for mountain climbing, mountain biking, canoeing, pedal boating etc. Beach and sea can be reached within 45 minutes.
