This modern holiday home is located in a quiet residential area not far from the centre of the Provençal village of Flayosc.

From a hall you enter the spacious living/dining room (40 m2) with a comfortable sitting area, satellite TV (Dutch channels), wifi internet and DVD player, a reading corner, wood stove and a dining table for 6 persons.

The half-open kitchen, with electric cooker, oven, microwave and dishwasher, is separated from the living room by a small wall. The scullery contains a fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The holiday home has a total of 3 cosy bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and washbasin (one bathroom also has a toilet). Two bedrooms have a double bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds. There is also a second, separate toilet.

Through the folding doors you can reach a covered terrace (30 m2) with sitting area and dining table, from where you can walk into the garden of 1200 m2. You can cool down in the private swimming pool (7,5 x 4 metres) surrounded by a spacious terrace, an outdoor shower and sun loungers.

The village is easily reached on foot (about 10 minutes) or by car (about 5 minutes).
