The house
This beautiful guest house is detached with magnificent views of hills and woods. From the house you have direct access to several terraces (with sun beds, dining tables, etc.), the garden and the swimming pool (which you share with the owners and/or other guests of Villa Bellavista). The layout is as follows: a bright living-dining room with Provencal kitchen. A mezzanine with double bed (1.30 x 2.00 m), a bedroom with double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and in a separate alcove a single bed (0.90 x 2.00 m). Large washbasin, a shower and separate toilet available. Outside also a shower (cold water). The surrounding garden consists of: lavender, oleanders, palm trees and olive trees.
You really are in the most beautiful part of Provence!

Guesthouse ROMA has a beautiful location; view of the surrounding hills and forests and within walking distance of the picturesque village of Flayosc (10 min).
Flayosc was built in the Middle Ages and is beautifully situated in the heart of the Var, between sea and mountains. This lively village offers 2 supermarkets, a greengrocer, cheese shop, delicatessen, butcher, 2 bakers, bank, post office, pharmacy, several cafes, terraces and many good restaurants. Also present: doctor, dentist, physiotherapist.
Draguignan, the capital of the Var region is 7 km away. Here you will find a large number of shops, markets, restaurants, a cinema and museums.
The Mediterranean Sea with its beautiful beaches is about 35 minutes away. Seaside resorts such as St Tropez, St Maxime and Cannes are really worth a visit. Nice, Toulon and Marseille (the famous airports!) are located at about an hour's drive from Flayosc. You can be picked up and brought to the airport on request. Costs depend on distance and number of persons.

Marjolijn en Hans zijn heel gastvrij en behulpzaam. We hebben genoten van deze fijne plek, veel privacy, 3 terrassen waar je kunt zitten, heerlijk zwembad en een lieve hond die af en toe even komt buurten :-) Het huis is van alles voorzien, het dorpje is op loopafstand en de omgeving is heerlijk rustig. We hebben mooie wandelingen gemaakt en natuurlijk de mooie provencaalse dorpjes bezocht met leuke marktjes. Aanrader deze locatie!

We hebben enorm genoten bij Marjolijn en Hans! Het huisje Roma is een pareltje. Onze hond was snel maatjes met de twee honden van Marjolijn en Hans. De omgeving is heerlijk rustig en in de avond genieten van de ondergaande zon. Wat wil je nog meer! Wij hebben mooie herinneringen aan dit fijne verblijf!

Schitterende locatie en plons je zo in het zwembad; ieder terras heeft mooie uitzichten; je bent zo in Flayosc en is
de ligging vrij centraal om de rest van de Var te verkennen; de twee lieve honden hebben de harten van onze kinderen veroverd en zwommen ze zelfs samen in het zwembad; Hans en Marjolijn zijn erg gastvrij en hebben altijd goede tips voor uitstapjes!
Restaurants, food & wine
In the picturesque village of Flayosc you will find several good restaurants and (food) pubs. We recommend: 'Salle a Manger', 'Le Nid' (both good French cuisines!) and for a delicious pizza: 'Four a Bois' (super service and really good pizzas & lasagne). In the immediate vicinity you will find beautiful wine chateaus, such as Chateau Berne in Lorgues and Font du Broc in Les Arcs. A tour and wine tasting is a must!
Worth visiting is the Provencal market in Flayosc on Monday mornings. And on Tuesday mornings you are bound to meet famous Dutch people at the big famous Provencal market in Lorgues.

There are many possibilities to do sports; tennis, horse riding, jeu de boule, mountain biking, sailing, swimming (swimming pool 10 x 5 m), etc. Ask the owner on the spot about the possibilities.

Rents include bed linen, towels, gas, water and electricity.
The cleaning fee is 150 euros per stay of at least a week or 85 euros for short stays (2-3 nights)
Pets are 50 euros per animal per stay and are more than welcome :).
The deposit is 300 euros (payable in cash on arrival day), this will be refunded, provided the gite is left in good condition).
Tourist tax: 1 euro p.p.p.n.
