Comfortable holiday home with private pool in Sauveclare, between Lorgues and Flayosc. Beautifully situated between the vineyards and with a ravine and flowing river close to the house. Our holiday home offers enough privacy and is suitable for 4 persons. (180x200 - with option to put together and a bed of 140X200). In addition to a private pool of 3.50 x 10.00M, we have a petanque court, 2 mountain bikes available and a Weber Master Touch Barbecue.

Our house is beautifully situated in a recreation area. We are on the 'ancienne voie ferrée' or an old train route that has been transformed into a cycle path that starts in Flayosc and continues for about 30 kilometers past several villages (Lorgues / Entrecasteaux / Salernes). In addition, 2 small streams flow, one directly at the house and the other a 5-minute walk away. This also has nice swimming spots (especially for young children). It is 3 kilometers to both Flayosc and Lorgues, two lovely Provencal villages with bars, restaurants and weekly markets and night markets.

      Wij hebben een hele fijne tijd gehad hier. Een mooi en gezellig ingericht huis, gelegen op een rustige plek, met een hele fijne tuin en zwembad. Fijn is dat je ook gebruik kunt maken van hun spullen wat maakt dat je niets tekort komt.
      Mark en Margaux hebben ons gastvrij ontvangen en bij vragen waren ze goed bereikbaar. We kunnen deze plek van harte aanbevelen!

      Wij hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad. We zijn heel vriendelijk ontvangen en voelde ons meteen thuis. Het is heel smaakvol ingericht zowel binnen als buiten en van alle gemakken voorzien. Door de droogte zat bbq’en en niet in maar Mark en Margaux hebben dit heel goed opgelost door een elektrische planchetta aan te schaffen,super handig!
      Het zwembad is heerlijk , en s’avonds onder de sterrenhemel nog een duik nemen is echt fantastisch.Het huis ligt heerlijk rustig maar je bent ook zo in het dorp. In Lorgues zit een bakker met gluutenvrijbrood! En bij de Intermache in Lorgues is ook genoeg gluutenvrij en vegatarische te krijgen.
      Wij komen zeker graag terug.

      Het was geweldig, wij hebben ontzettend genoten van het prachtige huis, rustig gelegen maar genoeg in de omgeving om te doen. Heerlijk zwembad, leuke zithoekjes en alles is aanwezig. Mark & Margaux hebben ons vriendelijk ontvangen en waren altijd bereikbaar voor vragen. Bedankt!

    Restaurants, food & wine

    Margaux works at Chateau de Berne, so we will already put a bottle of cold from this beautiful wine estate in Lorgues. There are also many beautiful wine estates in the nearby region. Think of Sainte Roseline, Chateau Font du Broc but also nice small local wine estates in almost every village in the vicinity.

    Activities

    Located in the Var between Lorgues and Flayosc and close to several nice swimming spots. If you go out for a day, the sea, the Gorge du Verdon, or the lac de St Cassien are very easy to reach (45 min). Via Google there is a lot of information about activities, in our house we have a folder with our favorite places and you can always app us for suggestions.

    Further remarks

    We are not a large rental company, but only rent our own house when we are on vacation. That is why we like to leave our beautiful barbecue and our mountain bikes. There will also just be some stock in the pantry. Of course we ensure that the house is clean and we provide bed linen and towels. We are therefore looking for tenants who like this approach.
