Villa La Bouscarle

Situated in the middle of nature, yet only a stone's throw away from the picturesque village of Flayosc, the villa offers all the luxury and comfort you need to spend a wonderful and relaxing holiday with friends and/or family up to 8 people.

After a bumpy country road you arrive at Villa La Bouscarle. A beautiful entrance gate gives an entry to the story. A few steps to the left of the house take you to the entrance hall.
The entrance hall immediately displays a few beautiful and original elements. There is also a working environment, if necessary.
To the right, you enter a night hall where there is a spacious bedroom with double bed and beautiful views over the fields. This bedroom is equipped with air conditioning since it faces south the most. Right next to it there is a smaller room with bunk beds. The bunk beds can be used by both children and adults because they are of good quality. This room can be cooled down with the air conditioning of the main bedroom. Through the night hall you come to a large bathroom (photo bathroom with red tiles). This bathroom will be completely renovated during the winter season and will have a shower instead of a bath and again 2 washbasins and a toilet.

Back in the entrance hall, we walk through to the kitchen, which at the back connects to the garden and the outdoor terrace. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. A red Smeg fridge attracts attention. So do the colourful art elements on the wall. It is certainly not boring.
Also adjacent to the entrance hall is a large living room with wooden beams in the ceiling and an authentic fireplace. The living room has a spacious sitting area with TV and a wooden dining table for 8 people. Large French doors lead to the covered south-facing front terrace. Here too, there are cosy sitting areas, ideal for having a drink together.

From the living room you reach a second night area with 2 similar bedrooms, each with double bed (consisting of 2 single mattresses so can be split) and a shared bathroom with walk-in shower and 2 washbasins and separate toilet. These bedrooms face north so heat is less of a problem during the summer months.
On the ground floor there is a laundry room with an extra freezer and refrigerator. In the garage there is a ping-pong table for the enthusiasts.

The outside area is perfectly manicured with a drying garden, ample terrace areas on all sides of the house, a pergola for eating together in the shade, a Weber BBQ and a large pool area. The mosaic pool is 11m x 5m and goes down from the entry steps to 2.10m deep. A real swimming paradise which is also safe for the children as it is fully fenced. There is also an outdoor shower.
From the terrace with the pergola, you can descend to the adjacent meadow, which is also part of the property. Here the children can be completely free. There is even a climbing tree with swing and a trampoline is also thought of.
There is also ample parking within the fence and on the street side.
There is certainly no lack of space.
