The house
Beautiful Provencal house in a gorgeous setting. A fully equipped villa with a large private pool (14 x 7 meters). The house is surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden of over 5,000 m2 with pines, cypresses, olive trees and lots of privacy.
The property offers plenty of activities: children will love the tree house and small cable way, while you are sipping a glass of wine playing jeu de boule or trying a bit of archery. Of course you can also choose to relax in the lounge chairs around the pool. There is an outdoor fireplace / barbecue. If you get inspired by the beautiful surroundings, paint material is available to express your (hidden) artistic talents. Inside and outside you can use a fireplace on the cooler days. Of course TV and wifi are available.
The house has four bedrooms: two being on the ground floor adjacent to the terrace (2 double beds of 1.80 wide) and two on the 1st floor (also 2 double beds of 1.80 wide). The house offers two bathrooms: one on the ground floor (with bath and shower) and one on the 1st floor (shower). The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, nespresso-machine, oven and microwave. Also a washing machine is at your disposal.

You can do your groceries in the supermarket at 2 km, and the charming village of Bagnols-en-Foret is only 3 km away. The area hosts beautiful forests, ideal for walking and cycling. The prestigious golf area Terre Blanche is situated at 6 km.

Een heerlijk huis, met een fantastisch zwembad en een tuin volop leuke activiteiten zoals tafeltennis, trampoline en een tokkel baan! Goede bedden, volledig uitgeruste keuken en overal horren!! Je mag alles gebruiken wat het huis te bieden heeft waardoor je je meteen thuisvoelt! Ook de omgeving is prachtig!! Een aanrader!!!

Villa Lou Jas is een ruime, prachtige woning. De tuin is een pareltje met oa een enorm zwembad. In het dorpje vind je een bakker en een supermarkt, dus alles kort bij de hand. Het is zalig toeven in villa Lou Jas, ik kan het warm aanbevelen.

Dichtbij Fréjus, supermarkt niet veraf, klein dorpje dichtbij waar je gezellig aan tafel kunt.
Een aanrader, ik kom er (ooit) graag terug !
