Maison du Lac is a luxury holiday home in Les Restanques de Saint-Tropez with private parking, 87 m2 with 2 floors. Comfortable and modern furnishings. Large living/dining room with sofa bed x2 (90cm, length 200cm). Smart TV with Netflix and blue-ray DVD player. Patio with terrace to the spacious garden, kitchen , Separate WC + washbasin. Free WIFI.
There are three swimming pools situated on the park including a wave pool. Football, table tennis, volleyball court, tennis courts, bicycles for hire, shop available.
THE ENTIRE UPPER FLOOR INLC. BATHROOMS AND TOILET WERE RENOVATED IN NOVEMBER 2023.

There are nice French villages situated in the area such as, Ramatuelle, Gassin, Port Grimaud, Grimaud. Nice. Wonderful attraction parks nearby: There are three swimming pools situated on the park including a wave pool. Football, table tennis, volleyball court, tennis courts, bikes for hire, shop available.

We hebben genoten van een heerlijke vakantie. Alles wat we nodig hadden is in het huis aanwezig. Het huis is goed schoon, sfeervol en prachtig gelegen. Het park is mooi aangelegd met diverse beplanting en groen. Het was lekker rustig toen wij er waren in de meivakantie. Een mooi verwarmd zwembad maakte het helemaal compleet.

Maison du lac is een zeer mooi en praktisch huis. Zeer aangenaam vertoeven met de kinderen, mede door het gebruik van de 3 zwembaden. Een super ligging om uitstappen te doen naar St-Maxime, Frejus, St-Tropez, Grimaud dorp en uiteraard Port-Grimaud…. Het was een leuke combi van relaxeren, spelen met de kids en fijne uitstappen!

Eigenlijk moeten we deze recensie niet delen, want dan is de kans kleiner dat het huis beschikbaar is als we weer willen komen, maar dat zou dit huis en haar eigenaars te kort doen.
We hebben in de loop der jaren in veel van dergelijke huizen verbleven, en deze staat ver bovenaan. Het huis zelf is net onderhouden, zeer schoon en meer dan volledig ingericht. De achtertuin, voorzien van kunstgras, is perfect voor kleine kinderen maar biedt met haar terras ook de mogelijkheid om heerlijk lang te tafelen. Het park biedt met haar zwembaden uren speelplezier voor kinderen maar is bovenal zeer goed gelegen. Grimaud en Port-Grimaud zijn vlakbij, maar ook de stranden van St. Tropez, Ramatuelle en St. Maxime zijn zo te bereiken. Het huis heeft een parkeerplaats voor de deur, een goed uitgeruste keuken, ruime woonkamer, drie nette slaapkamers, twee badkamers en twee toiletten. Daarnaast is de communicatie met de eigenaars, zowel vooraf als tijdens het verblijf, zeer vlot, prettig en behulpzaam.
Als we weer eens in de buurt van St. Tropez verblijven, is de kans dus groot dat we terug komen!Comment from Annet van der Meer-Stevens

The best restaurants you will find in Saint-Maxim, Grimaud, Saint-Tropez. you will find here of course the French cuisine, Spanish, Italian, Vietnamese, ect. numerous restaurants.

Grimaud is a settlement town in the South of France. It is located in department VAR, at 8 km is Saint-Tropez, The port and seaside resort in the municipality of Grimaud is called Port-Grimaud. Nearby are beautiful beaches Pampellone, Port-Grimaud, Saint-Maxime, Nice villages Gassin, Ramatuelle, Annual festivals Grimaldines. You can go bowling, mini-golf, diving, painballe, Fairground, Aquapark, fun-city Frejus, You can take a day trip to Monaco, Nice, Cannes. Toulon, Lake Lac St. Cassien.
