A modern and light house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms suitable for up to 8 people. Lots of space with a natural stone floor, large kitchen and large terrace at the front but also a very large roof terrace with lots of privacy. Entirely equipped with air conditioning.

Ground floor: large living room with sofa bed, TV, dining area, bright kitchen with 4-ring hob, dishwasher, fridge, combi oven, coffee machine, kettle and a large outside terrace with dining area, sun beds and garden.
First floor: bedroom with 2 single beds, 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds and ensuite shower and wash basin, TV, wardrobes, 3rd bedroom with double bed, TV, wardrobe, separate toilet, bathroom with wash basin and shower
Second floor accessible via outside spiral staircase: large roof terrace covering the entire surface of the house with lots of privacy and views up to the Alps
Hameau des Claudins is a small hamlet belonging to Plan de la Tour, a typical southern French village with shady squares, a weekly market, shops and restaurants. In Plan de la Tour, there is entertainment all year round, such as traditional festivals, (wine) tastings, exhibitions, dance and theatre, and petanque tournaments. The region is surrounded by vineyards and wineries that are happy to let you taste the most delicious wines. The location of Hameau les Claudins can truly be called unique.
Hameau des Claudins is a hamlet dating back to 1600 and consists of two Provençal stone buildings, in which various fully renovated holiday homes are housed. A picturesque ensemble with 15 accommodations. You can make use of the heated swimming pool or let yourself be tempted by a game of jeu de boules or table tennis. There is also a bread service for fresh croissants and baguettes. All in all, a wonderful environment to spend your holiday!

Thanks to its Mediterranean climate and 300 days of sunshine a year, the Côte d'Azur is an ideal place to spend your holidays. The azure blue sea water is what gives the coastline from Saint Tropez to the French-Italian border its name: Côte d'Azur. This coast is known for its sunny Mediterranean climate with an average of three thousand sun hours per year and summer temperatures averaging thirty degrees.
The grounds of "Claudins" are 35,000m² in size and have their own water source. You can enjoy the heated swimming pool (open from April to the end of October) or actively participate in the local Jeu de Boules tournament. There is also a bread service in the morning for delicious fresh croissants and baguettes and you can even have pizzas delivered. On request you can also rent an electric Weber barbecue for € 15, - per day. A normal barbecue with coals and fire is unfortunately not allowed due to fire hazard.

The region is surrounded by vineyards and wineries, which are happy to let you taste the most delicious wines. Especially the rosé is very popular here due to the warm and sunny climate.
Activities
On one side is the vast nature reserve Le Massif des Maures and on the other side are the promenade and beaches of Sainte Maxime. The Maures Mountains derive their name from the Provençal word maouro, which means dark, and are located between Hyères and Saint-Raphaël. The mountain range is densely covered with chestnut, cork, oak and pine trees. A round trip leads you via steep roads through the unspoilt and deserted mountains with breathtaking landscapes. You will find villages like Collobrières, famous for its chestnut jam and candied chestnuts, the 12th century Carthusian monastery Chartreuse de la Verne and la Garde-Freinet. The artisanal village of Grimaud offers a beautiful view of the massif and the coast.

Further remarks
Claudins is a typical Provençal hamlet from 1600, belonging to Plan de la Tour. It consists of two stone buildings with a total of 14 flats and 1 studio. A renovation has been carried out which has taken into account the tradition of the hamlet but also the modern requirements of this time.
Access to the property is via a large gate on the road. The property is located in the protected nature reserve "Massif des Maures" and offers a particularly beautiful view of the Alps. Besides this beautiful location, the small scale of the project makes it unique. Every holiday home has its own terrace and/or balcony and is suitable for 2 to 8 people.
