The house
In the green setting of the PITOUNUS, rosemary honey is located in the park without any vis à vis and in a serene calm. At your disposal, a well equipped American kitchen, a small sitting area, a bathroom and toilet and a bedroom. The decoration is neat and the bedding is top of the range. Bed linen and towels are provided and changed according to the length of your stay. A space in front of the apartment is reserved for you with armchairs, coffee table, table and chair as well as a barbecue.

We are ideally located between Nice and Marseille. The Pitounus surrounded by vineyards and pine trees are 5km from our medieval village of Les Arcs sur Argens. Many wineries surround us. We are 30mn from St-Raphaël and Ste-Maxime where a shuttle boat takes you in 10mn to St-Tropez

We hebben een fijne week gehad, mede dankzij de gastvrijheid van Marie en Philippe.
Het appartement was schoon, goed onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien. De plek is rustig en omgeven door huizen met grote tuinen. Het zwembad is groot genoeg om echt te kunnen zwemmen. Een aanrader als uitvalsbasis om de Provence te ontdekken. En dat begint al 2 km verderop bij het prachtig pittoreske Les-Arcs-sur-Argents.

Vineyards in profusion, each offering a magnificent rosé, the sun being the rendezvous for a perfectly matured grape. A multitude of restaurants ranging from simplicity and family cuisine to Michelin starred cuisine.
Activities
We are ideally located between Marseille and Nice. 30mn from the beach and close to the Gorges du Verdon. We are surrounded by vineyards and pine trees in a wonderful tranquility. Visits to vineyards and charming Provencal villages will liven up your days. You can also spend a day by the sea, having lunch with your feet in the water or dream by the infinity pool with a view of the Moorish massif. Many hikes are available to you and in particular by following the famous customs trail on the seafront. You can bring your bikes or rent them. The magnificent golf course of St-Andréol of which I am a member, welcomes you in a wonderful site. We will be able to advise you for your visits and to find restaurants according to your desires of the day. A wonderful holiday awaits you

You will be received with a smile and we will always be happy to help you. Our property of 5400m2 is entirely closed and will offer you calm and serenity. An overflowing swimming pool of 13x7 and its large beach equipped with deckchairs are waiting for you. We will be able to offer you the services of our masseuses.
Additional price info and offers
The cleaning fee of 50€ corresponds to the return of an apartment in a correct state: sheets removed, garbage emptied and taken away, good general aspect.
If the apartment is returned too dirty, we will ask you to pay a cleaning fee when you leave.
The deposit of 200€ is to be paid on arrival and will be returned to you on departure or at the latest within a week of your departure.
