The house
On an estate of 6,000 m2 with an impressive driveway and ample parking, you will find this atmospheric air-conditioned flat with lots of privacy. The flat is housed on the ground floor of a large Provencal villa with a beautiful swimming pool and sun terrace. You will not meet the owners and they do not use the pool, they grant you complete privacy even when you are staying by the pool. From 23 June to 4 August, the owners are even absent and you will have the entire estate to yourself.
The layout: Living room with TV, dining area and comfortable sofa bed. The open kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, filter coffee and Dolce Gusto machine and toaster. From the living room you have access to the covered terrace with dining and sitting area, a luxurious professional plancha and last but not least, a ping-pong table, You have complete privacy here.
The romantic master bedroom, the bedroom with bunk beds and a spacious bathroom with sink and shower complete the picture.
Several terraces surround the villa, so you will always find a nice shady spot. In the beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden is the lovely swimming pool with its jacuzzi and sun terrace. You will find total tranquillity but still have a boulangerie and a supermarket at 15 minutes' walking distance.

La Mignonne is 45 minutes from the Mediterranean, nearest coastal towns are Sainte Maxime and Saint Tropez. Cannes is 50 minutes and Monaco 1½ hours away.
Lorgues is a picturesque town, with houses in warm colours, cosy shops and terraces. The Provencal market on Tuesday mornings is famous and is also mentioned in the Michelin Guide, you will find many delicious regional products as well as clothes.
A short distance away you will find the beautiful places, Flayosc (8 km), TourTour (with a panoramic view over the Mediterranean), the waterfalls of Sillans la Cascade (15 km) and the world-famous Lac de Sainte Croix, with its turquoise water and beautiful, wild nature.
At 2 km from la Mignonne you will find supermarkets and several bakeries with delicious bread and pastries. , a Lidl is located 10 kilometres away in Draguignan and Les Arcs sur Argens.

Heerlijk genoten tijdens onze vakantie met onze dochters van 14 en 11 jaar. Het was erg warm en hebben hierdoor veel gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad. Een heerlijke rustige omgeving. Het huisje was van alle gemakken voorzien, heerlijke bedden! De eigenaren waren zelf op vakantie dus we hadden het rijk voor ons alleen, erg fijn.
Tevens heel fijn contact gehad met Bram Bakker. Alles via de mail en dit ging goed en snel.

We hebben hier een heerlijke week gehad. De eigenaren geven je veel privacy en zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zodra ze zagen dat we in het zwembad gingen, deden ze netjes de gordijnen dicht. Het appartement is netjes, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Restaurants, food & wine
You can eat delicious food in the area at very reasonable prices. There are over 40 restaurants in and around Lorgues, including the world-famous "Chez Bruno" where all dishes are prepared with truffles. So there is something for everyone and every restaurant has a children's menu.
Tips for a good and affordable restaurant visit:
- Follow the French, where they dine it is good and reasonably priced
- Choose the daily special (often around 10 euros) or
- the 3-course menu (+/- 20 euros)
- Take a carafe (pichet) of house wine, always good and often a quarter of the price per bottle.
Provence is famous for its beautiful (rosé) wines, visit a wine chateau!
Activities
Nearby, you can go canoeing on the river, horseback riding (tours through the beautiful nature), all water sports at sea and on the lac de Sainte Croix.
There are several playgrounds for the children and an adventure park at 10 km where the kids can climb from tree to tree (secured). Throughout the summer (April-October) there are several circuses and festivals in the immediate vicinity. In Fréjus (30 km) you will find an Aqualand, a play paradise with water slides, wild water slides etc.
