La Sauvagine

EXTERIOR
La Sauvagine is an attractive 6-person villa with beautiful wide views of the Massif de Maures and a private heated pool. It has a large covered terrace with a spacious dining table and a gas barbecue. There is an automatic gate and inside the gate there is space to park cars.

The pool (8 x 4) is fenced with a lockable gate which is ideal for families with small children. It can be heated on request in spring and autumn for an extra charge. In July and August, the pool water has a lovely temperature by itself. Around the pool is a nicely tiled sun terrace with plenty of loungers and parasols. Stairs lead to the upper outdoor living room with comfortable sofas. Here you can enjoy the setting sun in the evening and from the seating area it offers beautiful views over the swimming pool and the woods.

Several seating areas have been created in the grounds, where everyone can find their peace and quiet. There is a table tennis table and a boules court next to the house.

La Sauvagine is in a quiet location and is within walking distance (about 2 km) of the village centre of Lorgues. The popular market village of Lorgues is a 5-minute drive away, where you will find numerous restaurants and terraces. Supermarkets, the bakery, butcher, newsagent etc. are all close by.

INTERIOR
The villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms and is furnished with great taste (suitable for up to 6 people).

The layout is as follows: Entrance, attractively furnished living room and a spacious kitchen that was completely renovated in 2023 with various appliances, including an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge, Espresso Delonghi bean machine or filter coffee machine. In the kitchen there is a 6-seater dining table. From the kitchen there is access to the partly covered terrace, where there is also a large dining table.

On the ground floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds and the third bedroom has two single beds. The bedroom windows have mosquito nets.

Two bathrooms are located on the ground floor. One bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. The second small bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. There is a separate room with a washing machine and a second fridge-freezer.

Stairs lead from the living room to the first floor, where a second living room has been created. Here you can watch TV (Dutch channels available) with playstation and DVD player. The fourth bedroom with a double bed is also located here. This has air conditioning and a private bathroom. A toddler bed, (travel) cot and high chair are available.
