Le Cosy is an attractive villa of 110 m2 with the largest and most luxurious private pool in our offer including jacuzzi and complete privacy on a fenced plot of 350 m2 and an unfenced plot of over 1,600 m2 just minutes from picturesque Lorgues.
The layout: Cosy living room with sitting area and fireplace. TV with DVD/Blu-ray player, hi-fi system with CD. The brand new open kitchen with bar is fully equipped including dishwasher. There are 3 bedrooms all with comfortable beds and new mattresses, in the living room there is a new sofa bed for 2 persons. Furthermore, a very large bathroom with walk-in shower and jacuzzi. The washing machine is in a spacious scullery. From the living room, patio doors open onto the spacious, partly covered terrace with 2nd dining area and BBQ. The large royal blue pool with jacuzzi is surrounded by terraces with luxurious sun beds and various shaded areas, a beautiful garden with Mediterranean plants and an outdoor shower. You have beautiful views of the vineyards and 3 parking spaces o private property at your disposal. The villa is equipped with electric shutters.

Le Cosy is very centrally located at only a few minutes from the centre of Lorgues, where you will find supermarkets and several bakeries. Larger supermarkets (Lidl, Hypermarché U) can be found at 9 km in Les Arcs.
Lorgues is a picturesque town, with houses in warm colours, cosy shops and terraces. The Provencal market on Tuesday morning is famous and is also mentioned in the Michelin guide, you will find besides clothes also many delicious regional products.
At short distance you will find the beautiful places Roquebrune sur Argens, Lorgues, Plan de la Tour and at 1 hour drive the world famous Lac de Sainte Croix, with its turquoise water and beautiful, wild nature.

In mei en september dit jaar naar villa Le Cosy de Luxe geweest. Super schoon en mooi ingerichte villa met een prachtig zwembad in een heerlijk rustige omgeving! Wij komen graag weer terug. Groeten familie Mulder

Onze eerste keer in dit mooie huis…. MAangekomen bij Le Cosy de Luxe troffen wij daar de ‘eigenaresse aan. Vol trots gaf ze ons een rondleiding en nam ons ook mee langs de tuin en het zwembad. Ze wees ons op alle bloemen en kruiden. Terwijl ik daarna mijn spullen in het huis een plekje gaf kwam Abessia met groente van haar eigen groentetuin, welke privé is en achter het zwembad ligt, lag het op een schaal op het aanrecht en of dat nog niet genoeg was plukte ze ook nog twee boeketten verse bloemen uit de tuin en zette het gezellig in de woonkamer op de tafels.
Hoe leuk is dit? Wij hebben erg genoten van het fantastische dorp Lorgues ( spreek uit volgens de Fransen: Lorke ) en uiteraard de mooie omgeving zoals Georges du Verdon, Moustiers Saint Marie, de Zondagmarkt in Le Muy de markt op dinsdag in Lorgues en op vrijdag ook heel erg leuk de brocante markt in Lorgues. Een leuke aanrader om te eten of iets te drinken is Le Grillon middenin Lorgues. En zo kan ik nog wel even doorgaan. Kortom mede dankzij het fantastische huis waar werkelijk alles in zit wat je thuis ook hebt en de enorme gastvrijheid hebben wij een top vakantie gehad! Restaurants, food & wine
You can eat well in the area at very reasonable prices. In and around Lorgues, there are more than 30 restaurants, including the world famous restaurant Chez Bruno. So there is something for everyone and every restaurant has a children's menu.
Tips for a good and affordable restaurant visit:
- Follow the French, where they dine is good and reasonably priced
- Choose the daily special (often around 10 euros) or
- the 3-course menu (+/- 17 euro)
- Take a carafe of house wine (pichet), always good and often a quarter of the price per bottle.
Provence is famous for its beautiful (rosé) wines, visit a wine chateau!
Activities
Le Cosy is 25 minutes from the Mediterranean Sea, nearest coastal resorts are Sainte Maxime and Saint Tropez. Cannes is 45 minutes away and Monaco 1½ hours.
At a short distance you will find the beautiful places, Flayosc (8 km), TourTour (with a panoramic view over the Mediterranean Sea), the waterfalls of Sillans la Cascade (15 km) and the world famous Lac de Sainte Croix, with its turquoise water and beautiful, wild nature.
Nearby, you can go canoeing on the river, horseback riding (riding school at less than 500 metres for trips through the beautiful nature), all water sports at sea and on the Lac de Sainte Croix.
There are several playgrounds for the children and an adventure park at 6 km (Vidauban) where the kids can climb from tree to tree (secured). Throughout the summer (April-October) there are several circuses and festivals in the immediate vicinity. In Fréjus (25 km) there is an Aqualand, a play paradise with water slides, wild water slides etc.
