EXTERIOR
Nouvelle Maison is located on a quiet wooded private plot of 5000m2 and has a lovely private heated swimming pool.

From the enclosed upper terrace, stairs lead down to the pool of 10x4.5m. The pool is secured with an Aqua alarm system. Around the pool a nice tiled sun terrace with loungers and parasols. There is also a pool house with outdoor kitchen, bar and lounge sofa. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, infrared BBQ and plancha. From the partially covered upper terrace there are stairs to the pool. This is easy to close and allows you to sit quietly with small children (pool safety) on the terrace. This covered terrace adjoins the living room and 2 bedrooms.

The garden is beautifully landscaped with palms, olive trees, fig trees, etc. There are also playful steps through the garden and children can play in the woods below the house. There is also a tennis table and trampoline.

Holiday home Nouvelle Maison is located just outside Lorgues on the Route de Lorgues. The house is easily accessible. Taradeau is 3 km away and is a typical French village. Lorgues is somewhat larger than the other surrounding villages. As a result, there are also more facilities such as supermarkets, bakery, butcher, newsagent, restaurants, cafés and terraces under the plane trees. The capital of the Var, Draguignan is 15 minutes' drive away. The beaches of Frejus and St Tropez are located 35 km away. The cities of Nice, Cannes, Toulon/Hyers can all be reached within 1 hour.

Transport:
The TGV arrives as far as Les Arcs, next to Taradeau. Taradeau is a 1-hour drive from Nice and Toulon/Hyers airports and 1h15 from Marseille Airport. By car, it is about 1300 km from Amsterdam.

INTERIOR
Holiday home Nouvelle Maison is located on a quiet wooded private plot of 5000m2 and is 5 km from the Provençal village of Lorgues. The holiday home itself has an area of over 200 m2, features a private heated pool and is equipped for up to 10 people.

The holiday home has 2 floors with a total of 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is ideal for families with children.

Layout: spacious entrance/hallway, guest toilet, tastefully furnished living room with fireplace, TV (foreign and Dutch channels), Wi-Fi internet. French doors in the living room open onto the spacious cool veranda overlooking the swimming pool and wooded hills. Modern kitchen with 5-burner Lacanche cooker with grill, plancha and two ovens (one electric and one gas oven), microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso and milk frother, coffee filter, wine fridge, etc. In the utility room a washing machine and 2nd fridge. The house is equipped with underfloor heating.

On the same floor, the holiday home has four spacious bedrooms. Bedroom 1, 2 and 3 have a double bed and bedroom 4 two single beds, all with new good quality mattresses. There is one cot, 2 high chairs.

There is a shared bathroom with bath, separate shower, double sink and toilet. From two bedrooms there are patio doors to the large outdoor terrace. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Two bedrooms also have their own washbasins.

From the hall there is a staircase down to 2 more bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and an adjoining room with two single beds. One of the bedrooms has French doors to the lowest covered terrace and swimming pool and also an adjacent very spacious bathroom with bath, shower, double washbasin and toilet (also French doors to the terrace).
