Villa Le Bessillon

Villa Le Bessillon is a cosily furnished house on its own private grounds. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Villa Bessillon has a beautiful garden and a fenced heated pool that faces south, so you have sunshine every moment of the day. There is also a large covered terrace for the necessary shade. The pool has an organic shape. There is an outdoor shower. There are plenty of sun loungers.
The pool is recently fenced, so safe for small children.
The large garden has a lot of privacy. The house is quietly situated about 3.5 km from the Provencal village of Lorgues. The magnificent view of the mountain Le Bessillon, which lies near Cotignac makes the villa even more attractive.

There is a covered terrace with a large dining table and a coal barbecue. In the garden there is a jeu de boules court and a playground for children.

There is enough parking space in front of the house for about 3 to 4 cars. In the house are two full golf sets present, which may be used by tenants with a GVB. There are several golf courses in the region (see activities on our website).

The bright living room is equipped with a dining table, sitting area with TV, fireplace and Wifi internet. From both the living room, dining room and kitchen there are doors to the partially covered terrace. From the living room there is a beautiful view. Also the sunset here is beautiful! The living room is equipped with air conditioning, which both heats and cools.

On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms. These share a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. The other bedroom is on the first floor and has its own bathroom with spacious walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. This bedroom has doors to a large roof terrace.
