The house
Splendida is a recent, air-conditioned and very comfortable villa with complete privacy just 45 minutes from the Mediterranean Sea. The fenced plot is over 2,000 m2.
All bedrooms are newly furnished with good beds (160 x 200, 2x 90x200, 1x 140x190) and comfortable mattresses, each room has air conditioning and a built-in wardrobe. There are 2 spacious bathrooms, 1 with bath, shower and double washbasin and 1 with bath and washbasin and a separate toilet.
The living room is tastefully decorated with a comfortable lounge with fireplace and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and double-door fridge with ice water and ice cube function,
From the living room you access the covered terrace with spacious dining area and the beautiful view, also on the terrace you have wireless internet and access to a luxury plancha.
Swimming pool:
Around the south-facing pool you have access to spacious terraces with comfortable sunbeds, an outdoor seating area and large parasols. The beautiful swimming pool is new and has an infinity pool. There are panoramic views from the terraces.

Villa Splendida is centrally located at walking distance from the centre of Lorgues, where you will find supermarkets and several bakeries. Larger supermarkets can be found in Les Arcs (HyperU) and Lidl in Draguignan and Les Arcs sur Argens.
Lorgues is a picturesque town, with houses in warm colours, cosy shops and terraces. The Provencal market on Tuesday mornings is famous and is also mentioned in the Michelin Guide, you will find many delicious regional products as well as clothes.
Villa Splendida is 45 minutes from the Mediterranean Sea, nearest coastal towns are Fréjus, Sainte Maxime and Saint Tropez. Cannes is 50 minutes and Monaco 1.5 hours away.
A short distance away you will find the beautiful towns of Roquebrune sur Argens, Plan de la Tour and at a 1-hour drive the world-famous Lac de Sainte Croix, with its turquoise water and beautiful, wild nature.

A house that you want to return to again and again.
It is surrounded by luxurious trees, flowers, birdsong and at the same time velvet silence. Beautiful, flowing pool with amazing views.
The house is clean, cosy, spacious enough and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Restaurants, food & wine
You can eat delicious food in the area at very reasonable prices. There are over 30 restaurants in and around Lorgues, including the famous restaurant Chez Bruno. So there is something for everyone and every restaurant has a children's menu.
Tips for a good and affordable restaurant visit:
- Follow the French, where they dine it is good and reasonably priced
- Choose the daily special (often around 10 euros) or
- the 3-course menu (+/- 20 euros)
- Take a carafe of house wine (pichet), always good and often a quarter of the price per bottle.
Provence is famous for its beautiful (rosé) wines, visit a wine chateau!
Activities
Nearby, you can go canoeing on the river and horseback riding (trips through beautiful nature), all water sports at sea and on the lac de Sainte Croix.
There are several playgrounds for the children and an adventure park at 10 km where the kids can climb from tree to tree (secured). Throughout the summer (April-October) there are several circuses and festivals in the immediate vicinity. In Fréjus (20 km) you will find an Aqualand, a play paradise with water slides, wild water slides etc.
