Coquelicot

These two gîtes are located next to each other and attached to the owner's holiday home but have their own access. Each gîte is equipped for 2 to 6 people but both gîtes can also be transformed into one for up to 12 people (connecting door available between the two gîtes).
The gîtes can be rented per week from Saturday to Saturday.
The gîtes are built on a flat plot of 2500m² and very quietly located in a wooded area.
We further describe here one gîte (50m²; 2 to 6 people). Other gîte is identical:
>Living room: Sofa bed (1.90m x 1.40m), 2 cup seats, table with 6 chairs, radio/cd/mp3 player, DVD player, satellite TV including all Belgian and Dutch channels, free wireless internet, free telephone to landlines in 120 countries.
>Kitchen: fully equipped open kitchen with large fridge/freezer, microwave oven with grill, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, electric barbecue, drying rack, etc.
>Bathroom: washbasin and step-in shower. Separate toilet.
>Bedroom 1: double bed ( 2.00m x 1.40m), duvet, pillows and three-door wardrobe, air-co.
>Bedroom 2: two beds (2.00m x 0.90m), duvets, pillows and three-door wardrobe, air-co.
>Living room: convertible sofa bed (2.00m x 1.40m), duvets, pillows.
>Private terrace: 30m², 4 sunbeds, table and six chairs, barbecue table.
>Pool: 8.5m x 4.5m, half built into the ground, shared with second cottage (not used by owners).
>Garden: carport, wooded area and spacious playing field.
>Garden house: washing machine, iron, extra chairs and sun beds, etc. and storage room (bike, suitcases, etc.) in common.
Rents are calculated per cottage for 6 people. Consumption of water, electricity, internet and telephone are included in the price.
Final cleaning to be carried out by yourself. Bed, bath and kitchen linen can be rented.
