The house
At 500m walking distance from the beach and the coastal village Les Issambres !! In a green and quiet area located Provencal Villa, completely new furnished in 2019 with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 4 of which are on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor. The villa offers a beautiful sea view and is fully air-conditioned .
The villa has both a lockable, heatable outdoor swimming pool (9 x 4 meters with “plage” -20 cm water) and an indoor swimming pool, based on natural salt instead of chlorine. So no irritations to skin or eyes. The indoor swimming pool of 3 x 4 meters has a counter-current installation, so that you can swim endlessly. The heating of teh outside swimming pool is optional.
The villa is fully equipped and furnished with an eye for detail. There are electric shutters, satellite TV, Smart TV and WLAN. The kitchen is equipped with Miele dishwasher, oven / microwave, fridge with separate freezer compartment, induction hob and fully automatic coffee maker. The bedrooms have ample cupboard space and first-class beds (Auping) ensure a good night's sleep.
The Mediterranean garden (with figs, olives and plums) and outdoor shower, offers a beautiful sea view over the bay of Saint-Tropez and has spacious, partly covered terraces with lounge sets, luxurious and comfortable garden chairs, barbecue, dining tables and sun loungers.

Embedded in a green and quiet part of the Côte d'Azur (without high-rise buildings), close to St-Tropez, Cannes (1h) and Nice (1h15m). The HEATABLE PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL, and the short walk to both the sandy beach and the coastal town of San Peire sur Mer (Les Issambres), have the great advantage that anyone, without necessary daily car use, can enjoy a relaxing holiday on the versatile Côte d'Azur.

Samen met ons gezin (8 volwassenen en 2 kleintjes) hebben wij drie weken genoten van dit fijne huis. Het is gezellig (spelletjes, boeken en bbq aanwezig), mooi, van alle gemakken voorzien, met een fantastisch zwembad buiten (en voor de gewenste workouts binnen ook nog eentje). Het is er rustig en de drukte kun je opzoeken. Het huis heeft uitzicht op de zee. Binnen een uurtje ben je in Cannes, Nice of Saint Tropez (met de boot is het beter en sneller). En de fijne kustplaatsjes met dito restaurants zijn in de nabijheid.

Prachtige villa met uitzicht op de middellandse zee. De villa biedt veel privacy en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Ideaal voor gezinnen met (kleine) kinderen. Het buitenzwembad is fantastisch. De ligging is nabij het centrum. Al met al is het er heerlijk vertoeven. Een aanrader!

Many restaurants and Bars can be found at walking distance of the villa. Due to its central location, it is easy to bring a visit to the cities Nice and Cannes, or the very beautiful villages in the back country.
Activities
Les Issambres is a nice coastal town with beaches, restaurants, shops, and a marina with all kinds of water sport activities. It is located near Sainte Maxime and opposite St. Tropez. Les Issambres is known for its child-friendly beaches and is one of the quiet seaside resorts on the Côte d'Azur. Sainte Maxime is one of the nicest places on the Côte d’Azur. It has a beautiful harbor with fresh fish every day, sandy beaches, bustling boulevards, nice shopping streets and many restaurants. Due to its central location, all famous places of the Côte d'Azur are easily accessible (Saint Tropez, Cannes, Nice) as well as many picturesque Provencal villages in the hinterland (St Tropez, Grimaud, Port Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle, Lorgues, and Flayosc) . There are also vast and unspoilt nature reserves for endless hiking tours and many rivers for canoeing. And there are many beautiful golf courses in the area. In Les Issambres you can also practice a range of water sports, such as surfing, renting a water scooter, sailing and water skiing.
