The house

La Bergerie is situated in wooded surroundings, just outside the village, halfway a hill with a fantastic view and beautiful sunsets. The area is 1.5 hectare large, subdivided in terraces.
Description
La Bergerie has a large living room with TV, DVD,radio and CD player, WIFI Internet, fauteuils, sleepcouch, separate eatcorner, American kitchen with a small bar. The kitchen is equipped with furnace, oven, microwave, frigidaire, freezer, dishwasher, etc. Further a washing machine, vacuumcleaner, iron and ironing-board, cot and baby chair. Upstairs are two bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 2 battery beds and 1 bedroom with a double bed. Small bathroom with bath (incl. shower), bidet, wash-hand basin and toilet. Below separate shower and separate toilet. In the living-room is an extra sleepcouch (for 2).
Located entirely free, not isolated. The house has been built with nature stones and has a entirely glass verandah with eat corner.

De Bergerie ligt centraal in de Provence en is een goede uitvalsbasis om de Provence en de Cote d’Azur te bezoeken. Het huis ligt op een groot terrein. Het is er heerlijk rustig en er is een fantastisch uitzicht. Het zwembad was voor ons een voltreffer: we hebben nooit eerder zo’n groot en fijn zwembad tot onze beschikking gehad. Er zit ook een afsluitbaar hek omheen, fijn met kleine kinderen.
Het huis zelf is voorzien van twee koelkasten, een vaatwasser en een wasmachine. Ook is er een fijne serre en een goede douche. De ruimte beneden is groot en gezellig en met veel liefde ingericht. Dat betekent ook dat er veel persoonlijke spullen en snuisterijen staan, waardoor het erg vol is. Het is een echt familiehuis. Wij verbleven hoogzomer in de Bergerie. Beneden bleef het redelijk koel, maar boven was het lastig om het koel te houden. Met ventilatoren lukte dat maar net in de warme nachten. Kortom: zeer aan te bevelen, maar je moet de warme nachten wel kunnen verdragen. Wij hebben er een fijne week gehad!

The private swimming pool is large, 6x12 meters and fenced (safety for the children). Nice Jeu the Boules track under the trees. There is a barbecue available. The driveway to the house is asphalted.

The largest golfcourse of West Europe (Terre Blanche: 36 holes) at 10 minutes drives and many other golfcourses nearby. Other sports : tennis, horsebackriding, hiking, biking, fishing, gliding and water sports.
