Rive Nature 502 "Les Cardamines" is a very comfortable and spacious flat, where you can spend a wonderful holiday. The flat is equipped with every luxury and comfort. The location is ideal, the view gives you the feeling of being in Provence, while you are only 2 minutes' walk from the beach and the boulevard.
The bright living room gives direct access to the sunny terrace with sliding doors. Over the entire width of the terrace is an electrically operated sunshade. From this terrace (2.50 x 7.20 metres) facing south-west, you have stunning views of the 3-hectare garden. The living room has a sitting area with a Leolux 3-seater sofa, an antique pay table and leather Rolf Benz chairs. The dining area consists of a dining table and 4 chairs. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including a 5-burner induction hob, 1 large Liebherr fridge and freezer. Both bedrooms overlook the beautiful, 3ha garden of the Rive Nature complex. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, each with its own toilet, shower and sink.
The entire flat has air conditioning in the living room and 2 bedrooms. There is also a special cooling/heating system that provides continuous air circulation for allergy sufferers. In winter, there is heating in all rooms.
Included in the rent is the private lockable garage.

Rive Nature is a brand new complex on the bay of the well-known coastal town of AGAY, in the middle of the protected nature reserve of the Massif de l'Esterel. The grounds are sheltered and only a 2-minute walk away from the promenade with its shops, restaurants, sandy beaches and the Mediterranean Sea.
The fully fenced domain lies on a vast three-hectare park. The now award-winning architecture blends in beautifully with the overwhelming beauty of the surrounding nature, and the project as a whole won a national prize in France thanks mainly to the garden design. The typically Provençal trees, which have been specially preserved or additionally planted, form a soft green ceiling. A plank runs through the garden to the swimming pool (open from 1 June to 30 September) and to the boules pitch, which is at the far end of the garden. The backdrop is formed by the impressive red Esterel Mountains with many hiking trails with breathtaking views.
A few minutes' drive inland, through a beautiful area, there are several renowned golf courses in the Valescure. The railway station of Agay is 500 metres away. From here, places like Saint-Raphaël, Fréjus, Cannes, Nice and Monaco are within easy reach. In the season there can be sailed daily to Saint Tropez.
The caretaker himself lives at the residence, he keeps an eye on things and therefore it remains quiet.

In een woord: GEWELDIG!
Heerlijk appartement dat van alle gemakken voorzien is. Hier kom je tot rust, terwijl mooie locaties als San Tropez, Frejus, Mougins, Monaca (niet zozeer mooi, wel erg leuk) prima te bereiken zijn. Werkt er iets niet zijn de eigenaren benaderbaar en behulpzaam, erg fijn als na een meerdaagse roadtrip de wasmachine "kuren" lijkt te hebben.. Zwembad voor de deur is super, strand op korte loopafstand nog beter terwijl verse stokbroden, croissants, groenten, fruit en andere dagelijkse benodigdheden, kortom alles, op loopafstand te halen is. Ook als golfliefhebber kun je prima uit de voeten!
Als er dan toch iets is..... heeft niets met het appartement te maken maar is een tip voor ouder(s) met jonge kinderen.... bootje gehuurd om de zee op te gaan leek een leuk idee, op grote afstand langs vliegende superjachten geven echter vrij veel deining. Dochter (12jr) vond dat verre van leuk wat weer grote irritatie bij haar broer (14jr) opleverde omdat papa (ik) terug de baai invoer. Volgend jaar ga ik lekker met een luchtbed op zee dobberen met mijn dochter en huur ik een jetski voor de nodige actie met mijn. zoon. Heb er nu al zin in!

Van 6 tot 20 augustus verbleven in dit appartement. Mooi, ruim en schoon appartement en van alle gemakken voorzien. Airco is heerlijk tijdens warme dagen. Mooi zwembad, maar missen wel zitjes of schaduwplekjes daar. Prima plek als uitvalsbasis om andere stadjes te bezoeken.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in Agay. Het appartement was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook genoten van het bijbehorende zwembad. De zee is op een paar minuten lopen. De boulevard met leuke winkeltjes is de moeite waard. Diverse markten in de buurt. Genoeg gelegenheid om uit te eten op loopafstand. Met de auto (of trein) kan men in 'no-time' de mooie steden en plaatsen in de buurt bezoeken om te shoppen of uit te gaan eten. We hebben ons goed vermaakt en zijn uitgerust terug gekomen. Voor herhaling vatbaar!!
Restaurants, food & wine
At 50 metres there is a fine restaurant "Coté Jardin" where we like to come regularly. Opposite the domain is a good restaurant "Matuzzia," on the boulevard are several restaurants and beach bars. You do not need the car, everything is within walking distance.
Agay has a nice Provencal market every Wednesday.
In the high season the boat leaves from Agay to St Tropez. Opposite the harbour is the train station, the coastal towns are easy to reach by train.
The Provencal wine, especially the rosé, is delicious. There are many wine chateau's which are worth visiting. At the chateau's you can buy wine.

The flat was completed in 2010. The furnishing is new and very complete.
Since the completion, we have many tenants who come back again.
