The house
This recent exclusive luxury 3-room apartment in Agay is located on the ground floor with its own entrance and garage.
Upon your arrival, you will be personally welcomed by a Dutch lady.
The apartment is very luxurious, comfortable, tasteful and modern decorated.
From the spacious living room and the large terrace (south-west orientation) there is a magnificent view over the three hectare park garden. The entire apartment is equipped with a special cooling/heating system that provides a continuous ventilation for allergy sufferers.
The contemporary kitchen has been designed to our own taste and is fully equipped. The kitchen has several appliances, such as an espresso coffee machine, dish washer, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, an induction hob and cooker hood.
There is also a washing machine, which is located in a separate room.
The apartment has a spacious living room (dining and lounge area) with an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. Both bedrooms have large wall closets and very luxurious and comfortable box spring beds (2.10 m).
The bathroom has a double sink, a large wall mirror with LED lighting, a walk-in-shower and towel radiator.
However, there are two main restrictions. The apartment is strictly non-smoking and pets are not allowed!

The shops, the bakery for your fresh bread and baguette, the hairdresser, several restaurants, a post office, a small supermarket and other facilities are nearby!
Also within walking distance is a train stop, from where you can make trips to Italy or towards Fréjus. For example, you can reach Nice Airport in about 1 hour.
This truly beautiful apartment is located in a 3 hectares large and sun-drenched park garden. The whole residence has been designed and built taking into account environmental concerns.
Such an eco-friendly park garden residence is quite unique in France and the design has even been awarded a national prize!
In this pleasant environment you will enjoy a large "lagoon" swimming pool with sun terrace and several trails for walking. At the south border of the garden runs a small river called the “Agay” with direct estuary in the Mediterranean Sea.
Adjacent to the residence are the 800 ha. large Esterel mountains with their beautiful jagged rocks. Agay is located along the scenic “Corniche d’Or” coastal road, that goes from Saint-Raphaël to Cannes.
The climate is particularly pleasant and mild in both autumn and winter. Even in the high season, this unique location is still fairly quiet. Therefore, it is an ideal place to relax and enjoy. In addition to that, the sun is shining more than 300 days a year !!!

Wat een fantastisch verblijf hebben we gehad in jullie mooie en sfeervolle appartement.
Van kinds af aan bezoeken we het heerlijke Agay, de verborgen parel aan de prachtige Côte d’Azur.
We willen jullie van harte bedanken voor de gastvrijheid en de geweldige ervaring die we hier hebben gehad.
Alles was perfect, van alle comfort tot de schitterende omgeving. We hebben ook zo genoten van het uitzicht op de prachtige tuin. Juist het parterre appartement geeft, naast veel privacy, het gevoel alsof die van jou is, heerlijk
Onze vakantie zal zeker een speciale plek in onze herinneringen blijven innemen en dat hebben we mede te danken aan jullie geweldige woning.

Een heerlijk en net appartement dat van alle gemakken is voorzien, rustig gelegen en voorzien van een top zwembad en eigen garagebox. Het ontbreekt werkelijk aan niets in het appartement, ruim uitgeruste keuken, goede bedden en op warme momenten geeft de airco verkoeling. Dichtbij het strand (niet overvol, maar gezellig druk) en de bakker met een super lekker assortiment aan stokbrood, brood en gebak. Het huren van een bootje, kajak of jetski is mogelijk en bereikbaar op loopafstand. Er zijn ook diverse restaurants in de buurt waar je voor een vriendelijke prijs goed kunt eten. Het contact met de verhuurder (de heer Heffinck) is ook naar volle tevredenheid verlopen. Wij gaan zeker nog een keertje terug! Bedankt voor het leuke welkomstpakket bij aankomst!

Wij hebben een zeer goed verblijf gehad in het appartement. Het was erg netjes, mooi ingericht, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Bedankt, wij komen nog eens terug.
Activities
Do you fancy an active or a rather relaxing holiday?
There are plenty of activities in the area according to everyone’s taste. In the Esterel mountains you can go hiking, horseback riding and mountain biking. In the area along the coast you can go fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, surfing, cycling (also for rent), golfing (in Valescure), tennis, sailing.
Or you can just spend the day on the beautiful and sheltered beach of Agay or enjoy the food in the local restaurants.
Every Wednesday there is an open market in Agay.
Take the bus or train for a trip to Cannes, Nice, Saint-Raphael, Fréjus, Monaco, Antibes, St. Maxime and Menton.
From the port of Saint-Raphaël or Agay (in high season) you can enjoy a pleasant boat trip to Saint-Tropez.
