Villa Sasso Forte is a beautiful villa, suitable for 8 to 12 people, situated in a unique location with its own access to a private beach and a vast 2000 m2 garden. Here you will find a lovely lounge area with breathtaking views of the sea and its beaches. The spacious swimming pool measures 10 m by 4.5 m and features a built-in jacuzzi. There are two parking spaces in the garage and one outside.

The house has a spacious layout with a semi-open kitchen, adjoining dining room, a generous living room and full-width windows opening onto the terrace overlooking the beach and sea. The villa is tastefully decorated and has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are in a separate flat with its own entrance, which remains closed when rented to 8 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a 5-burner cooker, oven, microwave, a large American fridge, dishwasher and an Espresso coffee machine. A high chair is available and a cot can be placed on request.

The bright, air-conditioned living room has large full-length windows, allowing you to enjoy beautiful sea views. There is a comfortable seating area with a TV, Bluetooth music player, fireplace and wireless internet.

On the first floor there are four bedrooms. The master bedroom is spacious with a private bathroom equipped with shower, sink and toilet. Natural materials such as travertine natural stone and wood create a relaxing atmosphere in the rooms. The second bedroom also has an en suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The other two rooms share a bathroom with bathtub/shower combination, toilet and sink. There is also a separate toilet downstairs. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The other two bedrooms are in the spacious flat, which is rented out when there are more than 8 people. Villa Sasso Forte features a beautifully landscaped garden of 2000 m2 with various tropical and flowering plants. The heated swimming pool of 10 m by 4.5 m has a Jacuzzi that flows into the pool. The pool can be closed with a roller shutter, making it safe for smaller children. Around the pool are plenty of sun loungers and you have a beautiful sea view. There is a lovely covered terrace with a lounge area and a large dining table, from where you can again enjoy stunning sea views. From the garden you walk down towards a gate giving access to a private beach, exclusively accessible to this property and its neighbours.

Further facilities include a tennis table, an outdoor shower and a Weber gas barbecue. The neighbours who have the house below it use the same driveway as this property, so it must remain accessible. The property is gated and fenced.
