The house
This spacious, luxurious villa with a magnificent 180° sea view is located at the top of the Domaine du Golf in Saint-Maxime, only 4 km from the sea and the cosy town centre with terraces, markets and restaurants.
This exclusive holiday villa has no less than 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and offers all the comforts for families or groups up to 10 people. (In low season also available up to 6 persons at more favourable rates).
The house has a beautiful large covered terrace overlooking the bay of St. Tropez.
The view is amazing, both during the day as in the evening.
The large sunny terrace is equipped with sun beds, parasols and a gas barbecue.
From the private pool (heated outside of high season) you have a direct view of the sea, Insta proof pictures guaranteed!
If you like privacy, then this villa offers all the comforts as the ground floor and upstairs do not communicate with each other.
Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Both rooms are connected by a door.
They can be accessed separately from the outside.
Furthermore, this house has all the amenities to make your holiday as pleasant as possible: a living room with view of the terrace and the sea, a practical kitchen in Provencal style, TV, wifi and large rooms with lots of light. The spacious bathroom gives that extra southern touch to the house.

Prachtige Villa en een geweldige vakantie achter de rug! Alles was perfect in orde, net en voorzien van alle gemak voor een aangenamen vakantie.

Wine tasting in the Côte de Provence? Evidemment! There is no shortage of vineyards!
Did you know that some restaurants also have a wine cellar where you can book a wine tasting? Be sure to ask about it when you visit the restaurant and let them advise you on which wine would go best with your dish.
Prefer to get behind the cooker yourself? Then go and have a look at one of the Provencal markets and buy your ingredients from one of the locals.

You can play golf on the golf course in front of the house. At only 250 m from the villa you are right at the holes.
You can play tennis and paddle in the local club in Les Issambres or Sainte Maxime.
All water sports can be practiced on the beach of la Nartelle where you also find the restaurants and the best beach bars.

Further remarks
This villa can be rented for 10 persons, but you can also rent this villa for 6 persons (with 3 bedrooms) at a more advantageous rate in the period outside July and August. 2 rooms will be closed downstairs, but you can then have the entire upper floor with its 3 rooms. From every room you can enjoy a beautiful sea view. In July and August, the house can only be rented in its full capacity (up to 10 people).
