This welcoming 90 m2 home has two bedrooms and offers space for up to four people.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable corner couch. Relax and watch many German and French stations on the Smart TV and enjoy a wood fire in the fireplace on cooler days. A dining table is set up close to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, pod coffee maker, toaster, mixer, has a Ceran cooking surface, oven and range hood, as well as everything you might need to prepare, cook and savour nice meals.
One of the bedrooms is accessed from the living room. It is furnished with a queen size bed (1,60m x 2m), a bench at the foot of the bed, as well as a spacious wardrobe and a desk below the window, which gives a view of the pool.
The second bedroom is located in the upper part of the house and is reached via a wide stair case. Here you find two beds (0,80m x 2m each), which can be used as singles or put together for one queen size bed. Furthermore there is a wardrobe and a fold out table with two chairs. Also situated in the upper part of the house is a separate toilet and the bathroom with a shower stall, two sinks and the washing machine. From the living room a wide patio door opens onto a variety of decks and terraces. Surrounded by Nature, various spaces offer fantastic views and opportunities for your outdoor pleasures. Soak up sun on the lounge chairs, use the umbrella at your convenience, spent quality time or relish delightful meals at either one of the two outside dining areas.
A few steps lead down to the pool (8 m ⵁ). Lots of space for the adults and the shallow basin at the entrance offers enough room for the little ones to play in. For your convenience, there is also a shower and a toilet.
(Unfortunately the outdoor environment is not suitable for children below 4 years because some terraces are not secured.)
On a stroll around the property marvel at the diverse plant life, which includes Rosmarin, Thyme, Lavender, Oleander, Jasmin, Bignonia, Broom, Bamboo, Holm oak, as well as Olive-, Bay-, and Judas-trees.
