Les Bouques

This house is an example of Provencal charm combined with comfort. It is located on 13,500 m2 of land on a small country road about 2 km from the village of Seillans, 1 of the 100 most beautiful villages in France. The view from the terrace is fantastic. There is a nice swimming pool with spacious terrace around it and a pool house. There is also a bbq available.
Stairs lead down from the hall: here is the (high) living room with French doors to the beautiful garden with breathtaking views over the hills surrounding Seillans. A covered terrace is a lovely place to relax. The kitchen has just been replaced and is fully equipped: oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. In the beautifully maintained garden is the large swimming pool (5x10 metres) with adjacent terrace and pool house. There are sun loungers and parasols on the terrace and a cosy seating area in the pool house.
The house has 1 large bedroom with a bed 2x 90 cm wide and 200 cm long. This has an electrically adjustable slatted bed base. Adjacent is the bathroom with bath, toilet, bidet and 2 washbasins. There is also a bedroom with 2 80x200 cm beds. On the mezzanine there is a sofa bed for a 5th guest (child). There is also a separate bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Air conditioning is installed in the bedrooms.
Outside there are 2 covered parking spaces.
Mediterranean beaches are a 30-minute drive away, the impressive Gorge du Verdon is only 50 minutes from Seillans.
