Villa les Aludes

Villa Les Aludes is a beautiful and attractively furnished villa with a private heated swimming pool (10x5m). The villa is detached on a plot of 5000m2 and has 160m2 of living space. Around the pool there are plenty of comfortable loungers and parasols and from the terrace there is a magnificent view over the valley. The pool has an overflow, which makes the water flow into the horizon. This gives a beautiful view from the living room and from the terrace. There is a removable fence around the pool and the entire terrace is also fenced, so the house is recommended with small children. The picturesque centre of Tourtour is at about 900 metres walking distance.

Layout:
Through the front door you enter the hall, which gives access to the living/dining room and kitchen. Both living room and kitchen have sliding doors to the terrace where there is a beautiful view of the pool and the valley. The kitchen is equipped with various appliances (including ceramic cooker with oven, microwave, dishwasher, large American fridge / freezer with ice maker and filter, Nespresso coffee machine. Adjacent is the dining room and living room with a comfortable sitting area with flat screen TV (Flemish channels), DVD and stereo/CD player. There is a large dining table for 8 people both inside the living room and outside on the covered terrace. On the ground floor there are three spacious double bedrooms, two with large 220x180cm beds and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 3 has a 160*200cm bed. These three rooms all have their own bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. There are 2 cots and 2 highchairs. The fourth bedroom is on the first floor and has a private bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet. There is an extra folding bed in this room, so it would be suitable for 9 persons.

Garden:
The holiday home Villa les Aludes is set in 5000m2 of private grounds and has a private heated swimming pool of about 10x5m (the depth is about 1.80m). It has an overflow and a wide walk-in staircase. Around the pool there are plenty of sun loungers and parasols. There is a lovely covered terrace with a large dining table with sliding door. There is also a large gas barbecue. The house is situated on a southern slope, just above the village of Tourtour. The garden around the house is neatly laid out. The rest of the garden is woodland, so there is optimal privacy.
The house has a convenient location near the charming Provencal village of Tourtour (900m). Tourtour is in the top 10 most beautiful villages of southern France. This atmospheric village offers all kinds of activities during the summer months. There are several restaurants, terraces, shops, a baker, butcher, wine cooperative and playground. In the village of Aups are the large supermarkets. These can be reached in 10 minutes.

The environment is very beautiful because of the hills and many vineyards and olive groves. The location has the advantage that within a few kilometres there are always plenty of activities and shops. And after a busy day you can relax in the silence on your own terrace or by the private pool. Lac de St. Croix at the Gorges du Verdon is a beautiful lake, from where you can canoe into the rugged gorges. The trip to it, 15 km, is a must!

The Mediterranean Sea is about 50 km away. Frejus is 45 minutes and Sainte Maxime is 55 minutes away. Aix en Provence is 55 minutes away. The airports of Nice, Toulon and Marseille are easily accessible. Toulon and Nice are within 1 hour.
In July and August, the pool heating is turned off, as the water has a good temperature of its own. In the months of May, June, September and October the pool is heated * If the nights are colder than 15° it is not possible to heat the pool. The pool is an infinity pool and therefore cools down too much.
