The house
The villa is modernly furnished. Has the shape of a flattened semicircle, with the large living room with open kitchen in the middle, with the master bedroom with bathroom en suite and a toilet on one side. Here there is a double bed, brand Swiss-Flex, 180x220, electrically adjustable.
On the other side are two smaller bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom next door, equipped with toilet, washbasin and large walk-in shower.
Cots and high chairs are available. Beds and toilets are at senior height.
All rooms have air conditioning/heating. The bathrooms also have their own towel radiators and windows with mosquito nets.
The house is wheelchair friendly, is ground floor, has wide doors, no thresholds, not even in the showers of 200 x 100 cm.
The dining table with chairs and the deck chairs and garden tables on the terrace are made of teak, the large sofa and two armchairs are made of leather.
All popular Dutch radio and T.V. channels are available.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has all the luxuries, including an American fridge, (steam) oven, microwave and 5 burner induction hob.
Details: There are several amenities, including a high/low bed, a wheelchair, a set of crutches, toilet bar, shower/toilet seat.
Wifi functions throughout the house and also on the terrace.
Next to the swimming pool of 12 x 6 metres, depth 1.45 to 1.55 metres is a poule house of 20 x 4 metres. Here is an extra outdoor toilet, handy for the children. There you can relax and even swim in the shade in mid-afternoon. There are two tables with chairs and cushions. On the terrace there is a 3rd table with chairs and some parasols around it. On the terrace there are 6 adjustable loungers with cushions.

The house is located on flat land of 2880 m2, is completely sheltered and fenced, surrounded by woods. Vidauban is 4 km away.
In the vicinity are many nice places, such as Lorgues, Les Arcs ( 10 km.), Le Muy .
St Tropez and Saint Maxim are about 40 km away. The motorway ramp at 8 km., Nice ( airport) 90km., Aix en Provence at 80 km.
The boulevard of Frejus/Saint Raphael at about 30 km. The Gorges du Verdon / Lac de Sainte Croix at 60 km. The abbey of Le Thoronet at 20 km.
There are weekly markets every day.In Salernes on Wednesdays and Sundays. In Aups on Wednesday and Saturday. In Lorgues on Tuesday mornings. In Vidauban on Sunday mornings.
In La Croix Valmer, near St Tropez, on every Sunday morning the biggest market I have seen in S-France.
Bagnols-en-Forêts is highly recommended, the rocks remind me of Corsica.
Cannes is very easy to visit by train. Get on at Les Arcs de Provence and get off in the city centre. This line continues to Nice airport or the city centre, one stop away. You will travel partly along the coast and enjoy the views and have no parking problem with further costs....

Een hele fijne vakantie met het gezin van 4 en 1 hond gehad in deze heerlijke villa. Zeker een acht en een half waard en een 9 als het zwembad verwarmd was geweest. De 1e week was de hittegolf van gem. 40 graden maar de 2e week 15 graden lager. Nog altijd een lekkere temperatuur overdag maar in de ochtend was het zwembad 20 graden en pas rond de middag 22 graden. Dat was jammer want net te koud om in het water te hangen. Verder was dit de best en compleet geoutilleerde villa die we ooit hebben gehad op vakantie, alles was aanwezig wat je nodig had. Een villa waar echt over is nagedacht om het gasten zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. Op de laatste dag is Hans nog langsgekomen. Het was ontzettend leuk om kennis te maken, een heel aardige man. Als het lukt, zeker volgend jaar weer!

Fantastische villa waar we met onze twee honden hebben genoten van de luxe zowel binnen-als buitenshuis. Het heeft ons aan niets ontbroken. Hans, de eigenaar, mag trots zijn op wat hij hier heeft gerealiseerd. Dat is hij ook, maar tevens is hij een voortreffelijk gastheer.
We gaan zeker nog eens terug en dan met onze hele gezin (nu 8 personen) en dat past perfect in deze villa.Comment from Hans Kragting
Natuurlijk ben ik erg blij met weer een 10, maar zo'n cijfer zegt natuurlijk niet alles. Niets is perfect. Moet ik dit cijfer dan vergelijken met wat andere huizen wel of niet te bieden hebben ? Ik weet het niet. Mijn gasten waren gelukkig erg tevreden, mijn belangrijkste doel. Maar toch staan er voor volgend jaar een aantal verbeteringen op stapel.

Wij hebben een fantastische tijd gehad hier in een prachtig huis met allemaal luxe voorzieningen. Zowel met een grote groep (1e week 6 volwassenen en 3 kinderen ( 3, 1 en 1) als met zijn tweeën, was het hier zeer prettig vertoeven. Lekker klimaat, fijn zwembad, lekker privé. Daarbij is Hans is een zeer aimabele gastheer. Kortom: een aanrader voor een ieder!!.

Restaurants, food & wine
You are surrounded by forests and vineyards. There are many wine chateaux in the area, where you can taste and possibly buy wine.
In every village/town, at short distance, you will find many cosy restaurants and terraces.
Activities
If you like hiking, you can walk straight from the house into the hills and wander around for hours without seeing anyone.
You can also play golf and canoe nearby.
The Gorges du Verdon are about 60 km north of you. You can also sail there and on several lakes in the area.
In Vidauban there is a particularly well-equipped bicycle shop, where you can rent something from every range for one or more days.
If you want to go to St-Tropez, take the car to Saint-Maxim, park at the port, take the ferry and you will arrive in the port, the centre of St,Tropez .
There are several golf courses in the area.
A few km before Lorgues there is a large riding school.
Winter sports are possible in winter in the mountains above Nice. That is an hour's drive from the house. There are more than 20 slopes there.

The villa can accommodate up to 10 people, not including cot(s). Prices are calculated on the number of persons. Especially in the early and late season, you will benefit from the space and luxury.
Up to 6 people, you get a maximum of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor.
The basement with 4 beds and bathroom en suite is then closed off.
Additional price info and offers
The rental price includes electricity, water, bed linen and towels. There is an additional charge for electric cars.
With 3 to 6 persons the cleaning costs are € 200,= and the deposit is € 500,=. With 2 persons the cleaning costs are € 150,= and the deposit is € 400,=.
For rentals t / m 6 people, only the upper floor is included, which includes: 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
If 6 people wish to use the basement, extra beds and a bathroom, there is a surcharge of € 200,= per week.
Dogs must always be registered. The cost for one dog is € 50,= per period.
On arrival, the first necessities of life are provided, the fridge is stocked with all kinds of drinks. There is coffee, cocoa, tea and sugar. Also a spice drawer, all kinds of oils and all products for the dishwasher and washing machine, a washing-up brush, cleaning wipes and kitchen and toilet paper, etc.
