Large living room with open kitchen, all walls and ceilings are white, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets. High ceilings with light oak Provencal beams .
Wheelchair friendly, no thresholds on the ground floor, wide doors, wide walk-in showers. Beds and toilets at senior height.
All rooms have heating/air conditioning. Modern and sleek furnishings.
Central in the living room is a cast-iron English fireplace, a Coalbrookdale TV on a modern glass TV table, equipped with Ned. package, suitable for Netflix. Wifi everywhere, of course.
A large teak dining table with 10 chairs, a spacious leather sofa, two leather armchairs and a tall antique French cabinet, full of comic/reading books and games, etc.
The modern open kitchen is equipped with an American fridge, dishwasher, (steam) oven, microwave and 5-burner induction hob, 3 coffee makers( Senseo, Nespresso, filter) kettle, toaster.
From the living room you have a nice view on the terrace, which is very sheltered between the oleanders, olive trees and cypresses, with the swimming pool ( 12 x 6 ) and the pool house ( 20 x 4 )
Lighting under the olive trees, around the house, in the garden and on the terrace, in the pool and in the pool house, individually on and off by remote control and/or from the house.
On the spacious terrace and/or in the pool house there are seven luxurious, adjustable teak sunbeds with cushions, three movable parasols and three teak tables with a total of 14 chairs with cushions.
All windows and the sliding doors of the master bedroom have (roller) screens, curtains and shutters.

From the shade of the pool house, you can enjoy the view of the trees in the hills. There you will find a washing machine, a luxury gas BBQ and a table tennis table.
It is very pleasant to be able to swim or linger in the shade of the pool house at the hottest time of the day. Here you will find the 4th toilet, very convenient with the children as you can then stay by the pool.
The maintenance of the pool water is entirely computer-controlled, i.e. no more fussing about with chlorine tablets and measuring the Ph. by a maintenance man, who therefore has to disturb your privacy.

The master bedroom has a bathroom en suite and a screen door in the sliding door to the terrace. Here is an electrically adjustable double bed at senior height
(Swiss flex, 180 x 220). The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower (200 x 100 cm), thermostatic rain shower with hand shower, toilet and double washbasin.
Also an electric radiator/towel rack.

Two bedrooms are on the other side of the living room/kitchen.
They each have two single beds. All at senior height. A high/low bed can be placed in one of these rooms on request.
Next to it is the second bathroom with toilet, washbasin, a large Italian walk-in shower (200 x 100) and an electric heater/towel rail. Also a tilting window with fixed mosquito net.
The 4th bedroom, 40m2, and the 3rd bathroom, are in the basement. With two single beds and one double bed ( 160 x 200), bedside tables, an armchair, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers with a mirror on top. The bathroom has a double sink, toilet and spacious shower. In the window is an almost inaudible "self-thinking" fan.
This bathroom functions with the help of a sanibroyeur. The basement is available if you come with 7 people or more.

Around the house is plenty of play space for children. There are two football goals.
The large car park, sheltered by the trees, is a great place to play "jeu de boules" or badminton.
There is also a large trampoline with safety net, visible from the terrace.
A wheelchair is available as well as a shower chair.
