Holiday home with a lovely and very spacious covered terrace, quietly located in a wooded area between Vidauban and La Garde Freinet.

The house has a living room with corner sofa, fireplace, satellite TV (Belgian and French channels) and DVD player. In the adjoining dining area there is a dining table with seating for 6. From the dining room you enter the simple kitchen with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a 4-burner (electric) hob.

From the living room, a hallway leads to three double bedrooms, a bathroom with double washbasin and walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Two bedrooms have two single beds, the third bedroom has a double bed.

The spacious (partially) covered terrace with various lounge corners and seats is your living room outside, where you will certainly spend a lot of time. The swimming pool of 8 x 4 metres is surrounded by a spacious terrace with sun beds, parasols and pool house. From the terrace and the pool you have an unobstructed view of the surroundings.

The property is fully fenced and naturally landscaped with mainly grassland and pine trees. The centre of Vidauban is at about 3 km.
