Holiday home La Bastide de l'Olivier is a Provencal Bastide offering a spacious open plan living / dining room with television, WiFi, a kitchen with a utility room with all conveniences such as a fridge with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hobs with oven, Senseo coffee machine, toaster. and kettle. There is also a downstairs bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower, hip bath and sink. Separate toilet.
On the top floor there are two twin bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and double washbasin and a separate toilet.
There is a lockable bicycle shed.

This beautiful Provencal Bastide is located on the south slope of the Mont Ventoux at 5 km from Bédoin, on the edge of the picturesque village of Flassan.
It is set in a quiet location, on a spacious private plot of 1,700 m² , completely fenced and within walking distance of the village center, where you will find a grocery with daily fresh bread and croissants, a post office and a bar-restaurant with a pleasant outdoor terrace.
A supermarket is located in Bédoin, as well as other conveniences.

Een fantastisch vakantie huis in een prachtige omgeving. De tuin is omheind en het huis beschikt over alles. Doordat onze zoon een klein ongelukje had, werden we goed en direct geholpen door de eigenaren. Zo konden we gelijk naar het ziekenhuis.
De mont ventoux beklimmen is zeker de moeite waard, maar ook het naast gelegen dorpje bédoin is leuk om door heen te struinen en om op maandag de markt te bekijken.

Mooi huis voorzien van alle comfort met een volledig afgesloten tuin en zwembad ideaal voor een verblijf met hond. Het huis is eenvoudig ingericht maar perfect onderhouden.
Ook is het binnen koel door het ventilatie systeem.
Buiten is er voldoende schaduw onder de bomen, de bakplaat is een pluspunt.
zwembad werd perfect onderhouden door Dominique.
Op wandelafstand is er een kleine kruidenier met lekker brood, er is ook een supermarkt in Bédoin. Verder is er de uitstekende gastheer Dominique die u tips kan geven.
Toch enkele werkpuntjes, meer schaduw creëren aan het zwembad, Verlengkabel voorzien voor de bakplaat, extra Jeu de Boules voor een spel met 4 of meer persoenen.
Voor ons was dit een geslaagde vakantie en zullen dit zeker aanbevelen aan vrienden.Elise Mallon from Almere,
Heerlijk vakantiehuis. Met een fantastische tuin, omheind, dus honden en kinderen kunnen ongehinderd loslopen. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien met een compleet ingerichte keuken met vaatwaser. In de bijkeuken is een wasmachine. Het is voorzien van een koelinstallatie waardoor als het buiten erg warm is, het in huis nog steeds aangenaam is. De bedden zorgen voor een goede nachtrust. Kortom een geweldig schoon vakantiehuis met ruime kamers.
Het zwembad is omheind zodat kleine kinderen er niet zomaar in kunnen vallen.
Toen wij er waren was er een hittegolf en mijn hond kon overal wel een schaduwplekje vinden. Wij ook trouwens. Op verschillende plekken op het (grote) terrein zijn zitjes.
In de omgeving kan je lekkere wandelingen maken. Wel goede wandelschoenen meenemen!
Heerlijke vakantie gehad.

Restaurants, food & wine
This area is excellent for wine lovers. Tasting is possible on private vineyards and also in one of the cooperative wine cellars.
Lovely and nicely situated restaurants, of which we have provided information in the gîte.
Activities
In the immediate vicinity there are lots of cycling possibilities (Ventoux, Gorges de la Nesque, La Gabelle, Sault, etc.), bike rental at 5km, hiking, horseback riding, accrobranches.
Or take a dip in the private pool of 8.5 x 4.25m, overall depth 1m45. At 5 km there is a lake with a sandy beach and restaurant, tennis courts are at 5 km and golf courses at 22 km, not to mention the deliciously smelling Provencal markets, especially those of Bédoin on Monday morning. In high season there is the festival of Avignon, Vaison la Romaine and Orange. Jazz festival in Villes sur Auzon. Karting and Aquapark in Monteux at 20 km.
