MAS La Pinède

The 230 m2 Mas is set in a pine forest with views over the villages of Bonnieux and Lacoste.
The Mas was completely renovated in 2023 and is partly built of dry stone.
It comprises a large living room of 50 m2 with a fireplace, a sitting room and a dining room where you can enjoy your meals when it's still cool outside, and a kitchen that opens onto the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances ("Cristel" saucepans, oven, microwave, 300L fridge/freezer) and crockery needed to cook and prepare a festive meal or more simply a brunch or quick meal with friends or family.
Ground floor: 4 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and 3 with their own private WC.
2 bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom (large shower) with toilet.
A toilet with hand-washer is located in the communal areas.
One of the bedrooms has a mezzanine that can sleep 2 people.
The bedrooms have king-size beds (180cm) or 2 single beds (90cm) and can be adapted to suit your needs.
4 bedrooms are on one level and have French windows opening onto a terrace equipped with garden furniture (for chilling out, having a drink, reading...) with a view of the swimming pool to the south.
The Mas has several terraces, including a large one with a view of the Luberon and the villages of Bonnieux and Lacoste.
The large terrace is covered by an arbour.
The swimming pool has 13 sun loungers and garden chairs and is protected by an underwater alarm.
Parasols are available if the natural shade of the pine trees is not sufficient.
The 7,000 m2 plot is fenced, and part of the house is located in a pine forest, benefiting from its coolness.
The environment is very calm, the Mas is at the end of a private road, on the edge of the forest, an ideal environment for watching squirrels and birds.
The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned (individual remote controls for each room).
