Domaine Goûts de Provence is located in the heart of Provence surrounded by beautiful nature, approx. 2 km outside the small village Grillon. Close to famous places like Nyons, Grignan, Orange, Vaison la Romaine, Avignon and the Mont Ventoux. Grillon lies in the Enclave de Papes in the Vaucluse, in the middle of the Drôme. This region is still pure and unspoilt with many historical sites dating from the time of the Romans to the Middle Ages.

The undulating landscape consists mainly of vineyards: we are in the middle of the area of the Southern Rhone wines. Côtes de Rhone, Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Tavel, Châteauneuf-du-Pape are the best known but by far not the only ones! There are plenty of opportunities to discover and taste wines at the known and unknown local caves.
Apart from wine grapes, the land is also cultivated with lavender, olive trees, tomatoes, apricots and other southern fruits. You will find all these products at the local markets. In the summer months, there is a market or brocante almost every day.
In the winter, the village of Richerenches is the centre of the truffle event on Saturday mornings. Vendors and interested parties meet on the Avenue de la Rabasse (Rabasse is provençal for truffle) and on the Cours de Mistral.
Activities
The hills and mountains in the area offer enormous opportunities for cycling, hiking and mountain biking. From easy to very difficult, you will find a range of wonderful routes here. The Mont Ventoux is 30 km away and is a permanent challenge for sporty cyclists from all countries.
