The house
We have a single furnished cottage in Provence, in the quiet village of Loriol-du-Comtat, near Mont-Ventoux.
Its central location makes it an excellent base for cycling enthusiasts, people who love culture and nature.
Our cottage is located on the outskirts in an enclosed and extremely quiet and well-kept domain Les Bastides du Ventoux, established in 2004.
Around our house there is a small garden with 2 terraces, each equipped with garden furniture: round table with 4 chairs and long table with 6 chairs and 2 loungers. There is also a barbecue.
The sun terrace is covered by a pergola.
In front of the swimming pool there are extra loungers!
The swimming pool on the estate is open from May to September. There is a pool house and a walk-in shower.
Our private parking is near our house in the domain.
Our house is a dream cottage for couples and is extremely suitable for a pleasant and comfortable stay.
The open kitchen offers you every comfort: dishwasher, cooker (4 hotplates) with built-in oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster. There is also an extensive range of cutlery, plates, cups and glasses. All cooking utensils are provided. There is also an iron and ironing board, drying rack and a hoover.
The dining room consists of a large table with six chairs.
In the living room there is a comfortable large leather sofa, a coffee table, a reading chair with footstool and reading lamp, a flat screen TV with satellite dish to receive all Dutch channels (TV-Vlaanderen), radio with DVD player. The cupboard contains, among other things, various information such as travel guides with places of interest in the region, first-aid kit, etc.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin with illuminated mirror, bathtub with shower (glass wall), towel rack and storage rack (teak). The washing machine is also located here.
Separate toilet.
The bedroom has 2 beds, which can easily be put together as a double bed.
There is a fitted wardrobe and 2 bedside tables with a night light. The bedroom window is also equipped with a flyscreen.
Duvets and pillows are made of down.
Please bring your own bed linen.

Our cottage (No 33) is located in the domain Les Bastides du Ventoux in the quiet village of Loriol-du-Comtat, in the heart of Provence, near the Mont-Ventoux. Its central location makes it an excellent base for cycling enthusiasts, people who love culture and nature.
Within walking distance you go to the bakery. Right next to the bakery you have a supermarket.
2 km away in Sarrians there is a large Intermarché where everything is available.
In the Intermarché there is a separate bakery, butcher's shop, fish shop and cheese shop.
Cities such as Carpentras, Orange, Avignon, Vaison-La-Romaine can be reached in 5 to 20 minutes' drive.
Nearby you have numerous picturesque and medieval villages such as e.g. Venasque,
Gordes, Pernes-Les-Fontaines, Isle-Sur-La-Sorgue, Séguret etc....

Wine tasting: nearby you have Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Beaumes-de-Venise, Séguret etc... with the possibility of wine tasting
During the months of June to September there are the countless cosy markets.

Heel mooi en gezellig huisje gelegen in het rustige domein "Les Bastides du Ventoux" in de Vaucluse.
Alle noodzakelijke benodigheden waren aanwezig en bovendien was alles zeer goed onderhouden en proper! Het grote zwembad en een privé parkeerplaats is zeker ook een pluspunt.
Het ligt in een zeer mooie streek niet ver van Avignon, Carpentras, Orange en talrijke gezellige dorpjes. Een centraal gelegen plaats om veel uitstappen te maken. Een waaier aan mogelijkheden waarbij de eigenaars graag helpen. We hadden een fantastische vakantie! Kortom een aanrader!

Heel gezellig verblijf. Veel info gekregen van de eigenaars met wat er allemaal in de omgeving te zien is! Leuk klein dorpje. Heel net huisje , met een mooi groot en net zwembad op de domein.
En bovenal een prachtige streek!!! Grote supermarkt vlak bij. En heel gezellig marktje in het dorp of omliggende dorpen waar je alles kan kopen!!
