The house
Luxury furnished villa on private fenced plot of 2300m2. There is a heated (private) saltwater-based pool measuring 10 x 5 metres and 1.50 deep with 6 sunbeds and an outdoor shower on the terrace. The pool can be fully enclosed for safety. The garden has several terraces with various seating areas, both in the sun and in the shade and a gas BBQ. There are unobstructed views over the Montagne de Vaucluse (Gordes). In the garden there is a swing and a table tennis table. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 of which has an en suite bathroom with steam room and rain shower. The large bathroom has a bathtub, toilet and double shower and washbasins. On the ground floor there is a very complete kitchen with extensive kitchenware, oven, microwave and a sitting room with 2 sofas and 2 armchairs and a dining area. TV NL Ziet subscription and VIAPLAY. There is also free wifi (fibre optic).

Fond of Provence? Then this is the holiday villa of your dreams. Situated in the middle of the Provence, with a number of the most beautiful villages such as Gordes, Bonnieux, Roussillon and the famous market of France (Apt) within a radius of 10 kilometres.

Restaurants, food & wine
Provence is the region in France with the most Michelin-starred restaurants, but the simple, honest restaurants with their rural cuisine will also surprise you. In addition to the famous Rosé wines from Provence, you can also enjoy magnificent red wines such as Vacqueras and Gigondas.
Activities
The area is extremely suitable for walks, painting, mountain biking and, for the real cycling enthusiast, the ascent of the Mont Ventoux (summit is 53 km from the house). A visit to the attractive Saturday market in Apt (8 km), where many regional products are offered (truffles, candied fruit), is definitely worthwhile. The area offers many idyllic, picturesque villages where it is lovely to linger. In nearby Roussillon (4 km) you can enjoy a meal, a terrace and nice tourist shops and get to know the famous "Ocres", the ochre rocks. In St Saturnin Les Apt(4km) you will find the bank (pin), office du tourisme, pharmacy and bakery/ butcher. Gordes (10 km), one of the most beautiful villages in France, with the famous Abbaye de Senanque nearby, is terraced and built against a rocky slope and has a very distinctive architectural style; many houses are built with loose, stacked flat stones. From the house you look out over the village in the distance, and in the evening you can see the lights of Gordes. The town Isle-sur-la-Sorgue (25 km) is also called the Venice of the Comtat because of the river Sorgue that flows through the town. You can stroll along the water, in the shade of the many plane trees. This village is known for its many antique shops and its pleasant antique markets. In several places, you can rent canoes to make a trip on the river Sorgue. The beautiful city of Avignon (55 km) has an atmospheric, old city centre with the imposing Palais des Papes and the famous Pont d'Avignon as the main attractions. There are also many Roman sites in Orange, Vaison la Romaine, Arles and Nîmes. For wine lovers, the many famous wine domains such as the Côtes du Rhône, Gigondas and the Chateauneuf du Pape are definitely recommended. A little further away (about 1.15 hours by car) and you are at the famous coast, the Calanques near Cassis or at the Côte Bleu.

Eindelijk een huis dat ruim voorzien is van glazen, kopjes, borden, bestek, dekstoelen, "strandbedden" enz. Het huis is echt af. Ruim, geen rommel, maar goed ingericht, goed onderhouden, comfortabel en natuurlijk in een prachtige omgeving. De grote tuin waarin een ruim zwembad is mooi gelegen op de berghelling. Achter op het terras onder de bomen is het heerlijk lezen en af en toe even over de vallei uitkijken. Wat een rust, wat een pracht. En dan zie je ineens een prachtige helgroene boomkikker of kolibrivlinders rondom de vlinderstruik. De Luberon kent een schat aan pitoreske plaatsjes, de Mont Ventoux natuurlijk, maar ook een enorme variatie aan landschappen en prachtige doorzichten. Kortom, geschikt voor echtparen alleen of samen met vrienden of met je kinderen. Iedereen komt er aan zijn trekken.

Mooie rustig gelegen villa waar het plezierig verblijven is.Erg goed onderhouden trouwens.
Het is een streek met tal van toeristische bezienswaardigheden. Een absolute aanbeveling waard.
Ook het beheerderskoppel verdient een pluim voor hun vriendelijkheid en bereidwilligheid om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te laten verlopen. Je gaat je er zeker thuis voelen.Jhorna Smidt from Rosmalen,
Een prachtig huis, sfeervol ingericht, waar je je vanaf de eerste minuut thuisvoelt. Mooie wandelingen vanuit huis te maken. Heerlijke tuin om in zon of schaduw te relaxen. Leuke omgeving met heel veel bezienswaardigheden; mt Ventoux, Apt, de Bories in Gordes, Aix-en-Provence, de Camargue...twee weken waren te kort! Hier zijn alle ingrediënten aanwezig voor een perfecte vakantie!
