The house
Our spacious villa with pool includes:
* very spacious living room with fireplace, reading corner and corner lounge (flat screen TV with surround system, DVD and sound system for indoors/garden/pool, TV Flanders, connection for iPod/iPhone/iPad and free WIFI)
* dining room with sideboard and large dining table for 6 to 8 people
* Fully equipped kitchen (Miele microwave, oven, extractor hood, induction cooker and dishwasher, American fridge, coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, food processor, ... )
* 3 bedrooms: chambre d'amour, des oiseaux, and des roses, 6 single beds (next to each other 3X2persoonsbed, if desired also apart) 90X200 with in each room a large closet, night tables and fans (all windows have fly screens)
* 1 shower room with toilet and washbasin (adjoining bedroom 'Chambre d'amour')
* 1 bathroom with double washbasin
* 1 extra toilet with washbasin in entrance hall
* Large open front veranda with beautiful view on the Alpilles mountains with teak table and chairs for 6 people, lounge-sitting area and gas barbecue Grand Hall

Location: private domain Les Demeures du Luc (44 different holiday homes). The park is situated against a hill and directly adjacent to the garden is the forest that is nature reserve. You have a great view over the whole valley of the Sorgue and see the Alpilles lie opposite the house and the Luberon lies on the side.
Surroundings: Fontaine de Vaucluse is 3 minutes by car (or walk) and to L'Isle sur la Sorgue is 5 minutes by car. There you will find large supermarkets and many restaurants with pleasant terraces. The village has a huge market every Sunday throughout the year. There are 300 antique dealers and through the village run the 7 arms of the river Sorgue.
The well-known villages Menerbes( Peter Mayle), Gordes, Bonnieux and Rousillon can all be reached in 10-20 minutes. The cosy city of Avignon is 20 km away. Many possibilities for excursions. And for the cycling enthusiasts: the Mont Ventoux is at 30 min.

Milles Etoiles is een sfeervol vakantiehuis met een grote tuin en een mooi zwembad ( indien verwarmd). De keuken is zeer compleet om lekker te kunnen koken. We hadden prachtig weer, dus aten buiten op één van de fijne terrassen. Otje was druk met het speelhuisje, de trampoline, de glijbaan/schommel en de speeltjesdoos ! Het is prettig, dat er twee badkamers zijn. En overal in huis zijn horren om insecten buiten te houden, maar ook buiten hadden we daar nauwelijks last van. Een enkele wesp of mug. Vanuit huis kun je wandelen naar Fontaines de Vaucluse . Kanoën op de Sorgues is echt leuk. En we zijn naar een paar markten geweest. De omgeving is erg mooi en het park is goed verzorgd. We konden baantjes trekken in het grote zwembad. Echt een fijne vakantie gehad. “Milles Etoiles” is opgeslagen bij mijn favorieten !

Bedankt dat we in jullie 'home away from home' mochten verblijven. We komen al jaren in de streek maar jullie huis is een echt pareltje. Hier kom je helemaal tot rust. Blije kindjes = blije mama & papa :-)

Wat een fantastische week in jullie geweldige huis. Zelden hebben wij een huis meegemaakt dat zo gezellig en zo compleet was ingericht. Zowel voor volwassenen als kinderen Het zwembad, de trampoline en de kast vol spelletjes waren een enorm succes. Zo ook de tennisbaan en de nabijheid van de Mont Ventoux die wij een aantal keer omgefietst zijn (het begint een standaard te worden in ons 'mannen' gezin ;-)

L'isle sur la Sorgue is the most lively village in Luberon. Here, the terraces and restaurants are open and well-stocked throughout the year. In the vicinity are restaurants with a Michelin star.
All the surrounding villages also have many restaurants and terraces. In the vicinity you will find the wine regions Vacqueyras, Gigondas and Chauteauneuf du Pape with their associated villages.

Further remarks
PRICE IS ALL IN: NO extra costs, our price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, beds made up on arrival, kitchen linen, wifi, welcome pack and energy costs (to a max of 350kw). If necessary, baby material: chair, bed, bath, toilet bowl, changing mat.
Only pool towels to bring along yourself.
September and May it is possible to heat the pool (depending on the average outside temperature, at night min. 15°).
For heating with a heat pump we ask an extra 125,- euro/week.
Deposit € 500,-.
In high season there is a bread roll service at the reception (June, July, Aug, until mid Sept).
Possibility of arrival Sunday-Sunday (if sufficient interest, on request).
