Villa Pure Provence
Our beautiful, detached 8-person villa with private pool on the domaine Les Demeures du Luc has a very well-kept interior and is really well equipped. The private pool can be heated on request and the villa has separate air conditioning for all 4 bedrooms as well as the kitchen and living room. The rooms are spacious, modern and tastefully decorated.

The layout of the villa is as follows:

Ground floor
Cosy living room with comfortable seating area, wood-burning stove, TV (satellite with Dutch channels), DVD player, radio, speaker box with connection for IPod, spacious dining area and folding doors to large covered terrace with beautiful wooden garden furniture and a comfortable lounge set. Our holiday home has a fast wireless WiFi internet connection (the code will be provided to you upon booking). There is a library with many books, including many comic books for the children (and the old ones). The children also have a large basket full of indoor and outdoor toys. Spacious, open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven and fridge/freezer. Separate toilet. Bedroom 1: two single beds (2 m long). Bathroom en suite with shower.

Garage with washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

First floor
Bedrooms 2 and 3: each with two single beds (2 m long). (Second) bathroom with bath and shower. Bedroom 4: two single beds (2 m long) and door to a lovely covered terrace.All 4 bedrooms have retractable mosquito nets. Separate (second) toilet. All 8 beds have 4-season duvets.

Our villa is situated on a spacious plot and has several terraces; large mostly covered terraces at the villa and of course a lovely sun terrace by the pool. The terraces have beautiful teak garden furniture. You always have a beautiful view of the (heated) private pool and garden, but you can also enjoy the beautiful views and wooded surroundings. The pool measures 10 x 4 m and its depth goes down from 0.20 to 1.90 m. Use of the pool is allowed from the end of April until September. For safety, the pool is covered with an automatic roller cover.

Our villa is located on the beautifully landscaped domaine "Les Demeures du Luc" which lies on the edge of a vast nature reserve. It is built on the slope of a hill and therefore has beautiful views of the meadow surroundings.

The domaine consists of 44 detached villas with large gardens full of Provencal trees, shrubs, flowering perennials and herbs. The fully fenced domaine has the character of a leafy village, which you enter through a secure main entrance.

Furthermore, the domaine has a large communal swimming pool (20 x 8.50 m) with a separate children's pool and terraces with sun beds. Near the pool is also a covered terrace where children can play table tennis. Adults can enjoy the boules court and tennis court. .

The domaine is managed by a friendly and helpful Dutch couple and at reception you can get the bread service (in July and August), barbecue rental and all your other questions. Wireless internet is also available here.
