DESCRIPTION
Recently renovated Mas in a prime location with views and a short walk from the extremely picturesque village of Villedieu and its "place" with several nice cafes and restaurants. Our Mas has been tastefully restored taking into account the original elements of the historic wine farm. Mas lou Mistrau is a luxury villa for up to eight people where you can enjoy all the tranquility that Provence can offer and that in all comfort.
This unique spot is equipped with all important elements for a blissful holiday. You can enjoy in peace in the beautiful garden with heated swimming pool of 12 x 4, petanque and beautiful sunsets.
There is a private charging station of 11KW for electric cars available. The charging cycles are charged according to the standard rate.
On arrival and departure there is a multilingual reception lady who is also available for further information during your stay.
INTERIOR
The stylish black kitchen with marble countertops has a central function in the dining and living areas and opens onto the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality Siemens devices: A large induction hob for six pots, two hot air ovens, two dishwashers, microwave oven, American fridge with ice blocks and ice water. The kitchen has high-quality materials as well as a Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle,..
In the dining room the stone walls of the original farmhouse have been preserved and from the kitchen you can enjoy a beautiful view over the valley.
Also on the ground floor there are two lounges, one of which is equipped with Smart TV with TV Vlaanderen. The other lounge then lends itself more to read a book or to plan the next bike ride.
On the ground floor there is a separate guest toilet and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
On the upper floor there are four large bedrooms, all with a beautiful view of the surroundings. All the bedrooms have a luxurious box spring of 2m by 2.1m from the Swiss sense brand. Darkening can be done by means of shutters.
There are three bathrooms, two with Italian shower, toilet and one with bath. There is an individual toilet upstairs.
The entire house has an air conditioning system. The temperature in each room can be regulated separately via an ingenious duct system and no devices are visible. The air conditioning is therefore very quiet and without disturbing noises.
The lights are individually dimmable in each room and can be set as desired. There is an alarm system so that you can leave valuables behind with peace of mind.
There is a gas barbecue with plancha and grill plate. There is a pizza stone to bake delicious homemade pizzas on the outdoor kitchen.
Pets: As much as we like to see animals, we have decided not to allow pets.
