The house
This fully equipped holiday home with heated saltwater pool in the Ardeche has air conditioning in the living room and in all bedrooms. The pool is new in 2021.
It is a detached holiday home located on a luxurious, small-scale holiday park with all facilities on the banks of the Ardeche a quiet spot on the beloved Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardeche.
This holiday villa was fitted in February 2021 with a large heated saltwater pool with automatic roller cover, the pool is open from April and heated there is an extra large covered terrace. The terrace was extended after construction by over 30m2 so now more than 40m2 in total, terrace has a large canopy that provides protection from sun. There is a large dining table with 6 chairs. In the garden is also a gazebo of 3.5 metres x 3.5 metres with 6 white bearchairs, so lounging into the wee hours. At the pool, 6 sunbeds 6 beach towels are provided for this.
There is free wireless internet in the villa (glass fibre!) and TV with Belgian, Dutch, German and French channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with two refrigerators, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, cooking area and full kitchen inventory, also there is a laundry / dressing room with washing machine, dryer and drying racks.
Even with small children it is wonderful to stay in this holiday home equipped with stair gates, high chair, toddler chair and cot.
In the garden, which is flat and completely fenced, there is an extra covered arbour as well as a jeu de boule court where you can play in your own garden.
The garden faces south, making it possible to sit and eat under the extra large covered veranda early in spring and autumn.
There is a covered carport at the front with plenty of shade.
Guests also have free use of the 350m2 park swimming pool with separate toddler area, sun loungers and parasols, tennis courts and playing fields.
The layout of the house also makes it suitable for multi-generational holidays, with a master bedroom and bathroom both upstairs and downstairs.
In consultation, 1 small or non-shedding pet is allowed in low season.

This luxury holiday home (classified with 4 stars by the French government) is located on the edge of the domaine les Rives de l'Ardèche on the banks of the river Ardeche with a communal swimming pool, tennis courts, bowling alley, sports field and children's playground.
From the villa it is only a few dozen metres walk to the banks of the beautiful Ardeche and into the wild. There you can also cross the river via the small breakwater and reach the mountain Sampzon.
From the gazebo in the garden you can look at the beautiful nature of the mountain Sampzon or the private pool in the garden.

Heerlijk koel huis en echt van alle gemakken voorzien.Fantastisch zwembad waar we veel gebruik van hebben gemaakt, aangezien we echt top weer hebben gehad!Vlakbij de villa de rivier de Ardeche waar onze hond ook heerlijk heeft genoten.Eigenaar heel erg betrokken.Voor ons al de 2e keer in deze villa en dat is zo goed bevallen dat we volgend jaar juni weer terugkomen!!

Fantastische villa, schoon,smaakvol, alles voorradig, goede keuken, prachtige tuin met meer dan voldoende ligbedden, fijn verwarmd zwembad en n goede jeu de boules baan met goede ballen.
Zeer goede informatie van eigenaresse, als je iets wilt vragen altijd bereikbaar.

Een paradijs op aarde. Een prachtige villa, zeer smaakvol ingericht, en ook zeer compleet. Betrokken eigenaar die bij vragen snel reageert. Kortom een dikke 10 en voor herhaling vatbaar.
Restaurants, food & wine
Within a few kilometres there are many restaurants in all price ranges and for all tastes. Think of 1 star restaurants Likoké or Auberge de mon Fleuri or in Ruoms the good and well-priced restaurant Terminus (3 courses for less than € 20).
Also within walking distance of the villa are at least 5 restaurants. For the wine lover there are caves and wineries in the immediate vicinity.
There are tips in the villa and we are also happy to help. Our tip is to have lunch between 12 and 2 pm, together with the French and often for an attractive rate.
Activities
The villa is located in the four-star park Domaine les Rives de l'Ardèche and you can use the tennis courts, bocce court, sports field and children's playground free of charge. The general pool of 350m2 with separate safe children's section and equipped with sun beds, parasols and lounge areas can also be used free of charge by guests of the holiday villa.
In the garden next to the villa a private heated swimming pool and a jeu de boules court have been constructed.
In and around the river Ardèche you can canoe and recreate. In the vicinity are many nice weekly markets and beautiful historic villages such as Vogue, Balazuc and Labeaume. The famous "Voie Verte" (a cycling/walking path from Vogiue to Grospierres) is nearby and invites to nice bike rides or walks in parts of this long path that is partly constructed over an old railway track. In the vicinity there is a lot to do, for example: visit the cave of Chauvet, the caves of l'Aven d'Orgnac with the prehistoric museum and the world famous Pont d'Arc. You can also rent an (electric) bicycle or mountain bike at the park. In the villa there are also maps for beautiful hiking trails of all difficulty levels. And lots of other tourist information.
In the area you can visit many good wineries and there are restaurants in all price ranges and tastes. You will find a lot of information about this in the villa and we will also send you information after booking.

Further remarks
The villa is fully furnished, from 2021 a heated swimming pool garden with beautiful vegetation, in the villa there is smart TV with reception of various Dutch, Belgian, German and French channels, direct button for Netflix and streaming is possible through Chromecast, WIF Internet is of course also present in the villa. There is a radio, CD player and ability to LPs to spin, but also via blue tooth your own music to play. There are books and games and some toys available. From the villa you can visit the Cavern of Pont Arc, make beautiful walks, canoe trips, visit various markets in the area, visit the lavender museum, the silk museum, wine tasting in various caves, or enjoy the beautiful surroundings that already begin directly behind your villa. Of course, you can also just chill out at your own swimming pool in the garden.
Apart from all the facilities, the domaine has the character of a French suburb because of the spacious layout.
Arrival is possible on every day of the week, also in high season, so that you can avoid the busy French Saturdays.
Additional price info and offers
Our arrival day in high season is the quieter Sunday, with no truck traffic. So even in high season, the big crowds on black Saturdays can be avoided. Outside high season any arrival day is possible if desired.
Weekly price includes pool heating, bed, bath and kitchen linen. The cleaning and washing of the linen at the end of your stay is provided for € 150=. All 4 bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning, which is free for normal use. Upon arrival, your beds are made at no extra charge.
High chair, toddler chair, stair gates, plastic toddler tableware, camping cot with mattress and matching bed linen are available at no extra cost. The villa is also equipped with wireless internet (WIFI), and a Weber BBQ also this is included in the price.
The tourist tax will be deducted from the deposit afterwards and is €1.98 per adult per night.
Tourist tax for this 4-star villa is only paid by guests over 18 years old, persons and children under 18 do not pay tourist tax.
