The house
Our farmhouse has 110 m2 with a balcony on the south side of the house. From the house you have an amazing view over valleys of Avoriaz, Les Gets and Morzine.
The house is cosy decorated and offers all modern comfort as electric heating, television (including all Dutch channels), radio-cd player, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, a cot, a child chair, wifi, etc
The house is suitable for 8 peoples. It has 3 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms (one with bath and one with a shower)
It is possible to reach the house by car. There is also a garage available during your stay. In the winter snow chains are required.

The farm house is located in a small, charming village and with an amazing view. This makes it very special. You can also make wonderful day trips to beautiful places in the surroundings as the lake of Geneva, Thonon les Bains, Evian, Chamonix, Annecy, Genève, Lausane, ...
Casa Maria is located only few kilometres far from Morzine and Les Gets.

Fijn huis, ruim opgezet en alles ruim aanwezig. Wat verouderd maar dat mag de pret niet drukken. Een fantastisch uitzicht vanaf het balkon op de bergen. De omgeving maakt de locatie van deze woning perfect. Wat is er veel te doen en te zien! Dat vonden wij echt fantastisch. In de zomer een fanatiek fiets gebied, veel gezellig rumoer en het viel ons op dat er in dit gebied veel Engelse bevolking is. Dat maakt het communiceren met de Fransen gemakkelijker aangezien zij allemaal Engels kunnen. De bergen maken deze locatie fantastisch dus als je daarvoor gaat dan is de keus gemakkelijk (maar verwacht geen modern appartement).

Le chalet est très beau, il permet d avoir une belle vue sur la montagne. Plusieurs belles balades sont possibles à moins de 30 min du gîte. L'ambiance de quiétude est bien plus agréable que la densité de touristes sur Morzine.

Een echte aanrader. Met onze drie kinderen de ideale plek om te mountainbiken en genieten van de bergen. Heerlijk huis, prachtig uitzicht en van alle gemakken voorzien.
