A holiday home by the 'Lac de Panneciere'
Located in natural park the Morvan, in the heart of Burgundy, is this lovely holiday house with a beautiful view of the lake and the hills.
Les Moulins is a tiny hamlet/hameau belonging to the municipality of Corancy.
You can do your daily shopping in Chateau-Chinon, where you will find supermarkets (Lidl and B1), a pharmacy, bakery, terraces and various other shops.

Besides relaxing in and around the house, there are the activities below.
- In the lake you can swim, canoe and fish (licence required)
- Across the lake is a cosy campsite where, twice a week in high season, a nice music evening with live music and food is organised. Everyone is welcome! (a Burgundian evening on Tuesday and a pizza evening on Thursday, in connection with crowds, it is advisable to book this during the day for the time you want to eat, you can do this at the campsite)
- The wooded area offers opportunities for cycling, mountain biking and hiking
- You can also go horse riding in the area
- At weekends, there are often flea markets in the area, where you can find nice trinkets and often have a bite to eat and a drink. On what days and where these flea markets are, you can find in the agenda available in the cottage.
- In the vicinity are many different cities with a rich history, including Vezelay, Autun, Nevers, Dijon and Beaune, in the latter you can for example visit an old hospice (information in 4 languages)

The house has two bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm bed.
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90cm x 200cm.

- Bluetooth player
- Washing machine

Bathroom:
Modern and spacious bathroom equipped with shower, toilet, washbasin with cabinet.

Outside:
You have access to a large balcony measuring 2 metres x 11 metres, from where you have a beautiful view over the lake and the hills.
There is also a lovely shaded seating area in the garden under the trees. There is also a barbecue.

Parking:
You have access to a spacious private parking space.

Arrival/departure:
The property is rented for a minimum of one week from Saturday to Saturday.
You can move into the house from 16.00 and on the day of departure you should leave the house by 9.30 at the latest.
