Wat hebben we genoten. Wat een heerlijke plek. Met een fantastisch uitzicht over het heuvellandschap van de Morvan. Fijn huis, waarin alles aanwezig is wat je nodig hebt. Lekkere boswandelingen gemaakt. Kortom genoten!

Een prachtige vakantie woning met een schitterende ligging. Ruime indeling met voldoende ruimte. Wij verbleven er met twee volwassenen maar met vier gaat het ook goed lukken. Deze woning is ruim voorzien van alle comfort. De omgeving is erg geschikt om te wandelen. De eigenaar is hulpvaardig en reageert direct op mails. Wat ons betreft een echte aanrader.

Wat een geweldige plek, zeer compleet en prachtige plek. Een uitzonderlijk uitzicht,wat hebben wij genoten samen met onze kinderen en ons hondje! De eigenaren zijn erg aardig en denken heel fijn mee,niks is een probleem dat heeft voor ons heel veel waarde gehad!! Nogmaals bedankt Gé en Margriet, wij komen zeker terug!
Restaurants, food & wine
Who says Burgundy, says wine and good food. The Morvan itself does not produce wine, but in the immediate surroundings (Beaune), you can visit all the famous wine houses. West of the Morvan, you will find the famous Loire wines.
You can eat everywhere. Let yourself be surprised in one of the many small eateries in the area. You will find some suggestions in the house.
Activities
For sports lovers, there are excellent opportunities for hiking and cycling in the immediate vicinity (a booklet with hiking trails is available in the house). A little further away you can go surfing, whitewater canoeing or horseback riding.
Culture lovers will also find plenty to enjoy. The historical cities of Nevers, Autun, Vezelay and Cluny are at short distance. Furthermore, there are many abbeys, monasteries, basilicas and a Buddhist temple in the immediate vicinity.

Further remarks
Rates are based on a two-person stay. Additional guests are subject to a surcharge of resp.
€50/€60/€70 p.p.p.w. for low, mid and high season. Children up to 2 years free. Pet €20/week.
Electricity consumption is included in the price up to 100kWh/week. For the excess, €0.25/kWh will be charged.
Guests must leave the house clean. No cleaning fee. (Final cleaning is by agreement and additional costs can be arranged in advance)
Changeover day Saturday (departure before 10 a.m., arrival from 4 p.m.)
When booking € 100.00 deposit and € 100.00 security deposit. Remaining rent 6 weeks before arrival date.
Additional price info and offers
Prices mentioned are per week for 2 persons. Additional guests are charged € 50.00 / € 65.00 / € 80.00 p.p.p.w. for low, mid and high season.
For the second and following weeks, a discount of respectively € 20.00 / € 25.00 / € 30.00 p.w. applies for low, mid and high season.
Any cleaning costs (€ 75.00) depend on the availability of the person who will do the cleaning.
Pets are welcome (€ 25.00/week/pet) under the condition that they are not allowed on the bedroom floor and that the lawn is not used as an outlet. After departure, it will be ensured that the house is properly cleaned and no hair or the like is left behind due to possible allergies of other guests.
Prices do not include tourist tax (€ 1.20 p.p.p.d.) which will be deducted from the deposit afterwards.
