The house
A very nice place a stone's throw from the Lac des Settons, in the heart of the Morvan! Recently we have given the house and garden a metamorphosis.
There is a whole new terrace, we have painted the outside of the house, the shutters and the facade. Inside, there is a new kitchen, new floors and the interior is more 'contemporary'. Very attractive and cosy and with all modern conveniences. There are also 2 electric bikes available to further explore the area.
The house is conveniently located between Montsauche les Settons and the Lac des Settons, so really close to the lake with all restaurants and water sports. The house is completely detached with a large garden with several seating areas, a (heated) swimming pool and lots of peace and privacy.
NOTE the pool is only in use from mid-May to mid-September.

Maison BelleBleu is located in the Parc Naturel Regional du Morvan, a beautiful largely unspoiled mountainous nature reserve in Burgundy in central France. Here you will find extensive forests, charming villages, beautiful panoramas and plenty of peace and quiet, even in high season. The region is ideally suited to hiking, cycling, fishing, etc. A stone's throw from Lac des Settons and a good fifteen minutes' drive from Maison BelleBleu is Lac de Panneciere, a large reservoir in the middle of a special landscape with numerous beaches and opportunities for canoeing and swimming. Further in the vicinity are the archaeological centre Bibracte, where an old Roman city is being excavated, the wine regions of Burgundy and the cities of Autun, Beaune, Dijon and Chalon-sur-Saone.

Heel fijn huis in een prachtige streek. Sfeer van Franse platteland met een aantal sterke kwaliteitskenmerken zoals een mooi zwembad, strakke keuken, gezellige slaapplaatsen boven en een fantastisch uitzicht. Goede WiFi en Netflix ook zeker een pre! We hebben een fijne tijd gehad.

Wat een heerlijk huis op een werkelijk prachtige plek! Binnen is het prachtig en smaakvol ingericht. Heerlijke bedden, fris opgemaakt bij aankomst. Zeer compleet uitgerust met keukengerei e.d. Bij aankomst een gezellige kaart met een fles Crémant de Bourgogne op tafel. Buiten is het zo mooi, vooral het uitzicht rondom. Zo rustig! Volop zon of schaduw, wat je wenst. Allerlei heerlijke loungeplekken. Een klein maar heerlijk zwembad. De twee elektrische fietsen. Groot omheind perceel. Echt alles voor een relaxte vakantie! Een 9 van ons omdat nog niet alles helemaal af is buiten, maar daarna zeker een dikke 10!
Activities
The house is located near the Lac des Settons where all kinds of catering establishments are and where there is a lot of water sports entertainment. So you can rent a boat there, do a boat tour but also water scooters and jet skis are among the possibilities. With the by us made available bikes (electric) you can explore the area and go to the bakery by bike!
