La Vouavre

This beautiful authentic French gite can be rented for 1-6 people and is about 15 minutes' drive from our domaine.
The gite is detached and located on a semi-paved road. It has a beautiful spacious garden (the left part fully fenced) with fantastic unobstructed views over the hills of the Morvan.
Also ideal for motorcyclists or people with bikes, the garage is available to store everything dry and safe. Dogs are allowed by arrangement (maximum 2).

Layout:
On the left side of the house is the front door with hallway and stairs leading upstairs.
On the ground floor are the living room/kitchen with large wood-burning stove and door to the garden.
In the kitchen there is a 4-burner cooker (3x gas and 1x electric), electric oven, dishwasher, kettle and filter coffee maker.
Also on the ground floor (2 steps between hallway and living room) is a double bedroom with French door to the garden (with 180x200 bed), bathroom with shower, double sink, toilet and washing machine.
Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms; 1 with French balcony and 2 single beds (90x200) and 1 with a double bed (180x200).

Plenty of pillows and (4-season) duvets (both single and double), kitchen linen and bath mats are provided.
Outside:
The garage contains various garden furniture and bicycles or motorbikes can be stored safely and dry.
The garden is partly in front of and partly next to (on the left) the house. The left part is fenced. There is a picnic table. There are several fruit trees and plenty of places with both sun and shade.
