The house
Holiday home with pool in Burgundy. Our smoke-free gîte LESAUVIGNY of 50 m² is adjacent to the main house but has its own independent entrance. The gîte consists of a nice living room, complete kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. There are two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed 180x200 cm and one with two single beds 90x200 cm. Spacious bathroom with luxury rain shower, double sink and toilet.
The cottage has a private garden with a delightful terrace where you can relax. You can sit in the sun on the lounge sofa or seek shade under the awning. In the evening, enjoy all the goodies from the BBQ at the table.
An extra gem; a spacious swimming pool (secured) where you can cool off and float. The pool is located in a large garden entirely at your disposal. After swimming, you can relax in the open Pool House with large terrace with parasol. In the Pool House there is a nice sofa and you can also play a game at the table. Store your drinks in the fridge.
The charm of the garden with its fruit trees, its chicken coop and its vegetable garden will brighten your stay.

Een gîte die je in alles voorziet, gelegen in een mooie en rustige omgeving. Gastheer en gastvrouw die je privacy respecteren en graag delen in o.a. de lekkere vijgen en ander fruit van de mooie tuin. Zeker een aanrader!

Huis is van alle gemakken voorzien.
Keuken geschikt voor eenvoudige maaltijden.
Heerlijk terras aanwezig.
Prima omgeving ook om te fietsen, maar je moet niet opzien tegen een klimpartijtje.
Omgeving kent ook verrassend leuke stadjes/dorpjes (Moulins, Vichy, Autun).
Bourbon-Lancy ligt dichtbij en kent een uitstekend restaurant La Grignotte en een goede supermarkt BI1.
Activities
The area is perfect for hiking.
You can also make wonderful trips by car or motorbike. For example, you can visit Autun where you can shop to your heart's content or Beaune with its cosy centre, the antique hospital and the many "caves" where the famous Burgundy wines can be tasted. Towns like Moulins and Paray-le-Monial are also worth a visit with their beautiful churches and cosy city centre. The romantic town of Bourbon Lancy is also known for its spa and casino. The town of Digoin offers a marina where boats can be hired for a wonderful day on the French canals. The town of Cluny is known for its beautiful abbey.
If you would like to play golf, there are several possibilities. For example on the 9-hole course in Bourbon Lancy or Moulins but there are also 18-hole courses including in Autun.
And fun for the children but also for yourself less than half an hour away is a nice outing, Le Pal, this is a combination of a zoo and an amusement park.
What is also fun for children is Doll's Parc in Gueugnon. newly opened from 13 April, it is also an amusement park but mainly with water.Doll's Park features a large number of inflatable structures for children from 2 to 14 years old.
From the obstacle course to the playground, including the 4.5-metre-long mega-slide, for the older kids watersoft a kind of paintball with soft water cones so great jumping, sliding and bouncing.... And only a 20-minute drive away.
In Gueugnon you will find a go-kart track where you can race each other with a go-kart or a quad bike.
