The house
In the south of the Morvan, Burgundy, you will find our cosy and atmospheric holiday home Bellefleur, which is part of a small-scale holiday complex Le Petit Montperroux, consisting of 2 gypsy caravans and 4 safari tents and a mini-camping site.
The house stands in the middle of the farmyard and consists of a spacious living room with a cosy wood-burning stove, an open kitchen and folding doors to the covered, sunny terrace with a view of the farmlands. There is free access to Wifi. Downstairs you will find the bathroom with shower and toilet and adjacent to the bathroom a lovely sauna. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed and cot and the other room with 2 single beds and a camp bed.
From the cottage the children can walk to the playground while you relax on the terrace enjoying the sun.
The house stands on our child-friendly, car-free terrain of 1 ha. where there is a playground for the children with swings, trampolines, sandpit, and a heated swimming pool .... This is fenced and accessible with a safety fence.
Furthermore, we have our farm animals, 2 ponies which may be taken care of. Every morning there are fresh eggs from our chickens. There is a playroom, a large space where you can play and tinker. There is a pool table and football table and there is a nice sitting area and a play corner for the little ones. And there is a coffee bar where we serve coffee and tea in the morning (only in July and August).
New at Le Petit Montperroux is our covered terrace with cosy bar. Here we hold the table d'hotes and bbq. evenings. The terrace is behind the sanitary building near the swimming pool.
In the summer months we organise various activities for the kids, such as arts and crafts, painting, games, roasting marshmellows in the campfire... We offer a bread service (only in high season), in the morning we get fresh bread at the bakery. There is also the possibility to join us for dinner, 2x per week we prepare a delicious meal. New on our yard is the jeu de boules court and the teen hangout, a meeting place for young people, where they can chill undisturbed.

The holiday house is situated on a small-scale holiday park le Petit Montperroux, where we also rent out 2 gypsy caravans, 2 safari tents and there is a mini camping site with 10 places for tents and/or folding caravans. It is located in the south of the Morvan (Burgundy), a large nature park characterized by a hilly landscape, sources and streams, meadows with charolais cows and beautiful views. Nature is unspoilt here with numerous hiking and riding trails and mountain bike routes. The ideal place for peace and quiet

Restaurants, food & wine
In the surrounding villages, you will find several small, atmospheric restaurants where you can enjoy the French cuisine.
If you follow the route Autun-Beaune, you will soon find yourself between vineyards and you will pass several wine houses.
Autun and Beaune are worth visiting. In Autun, you will find many Roman remains. You can visit the imposing cathedral or the Roman amphitheatre, go shopping and of course have a delicious meal.
Activities
In the summer months we organise various small activities such as craft hour, nature walk, horse cleaning and a ride, children's bingo, and baking marshmellows at the campfire. New in the summer '21 teen program In the high season we offer bread service and bake chips or tasty pizza on demand. x in the week we organize a children's disco and in bad weather a movie is played. You can also participate in our wine tasting, which we hold once a week at the campsite.
Furthermore, every Thursday evening there is a broquant in the surrounding villages with the possibility to eat along. We work together with the riding school so there is the possibility to make 1-2x a week a beautiful horse ride in the beautiful forests of the Morvan (only high season)
In Luzy, a cute village at 10 km distance, various festivals are organized such as fete de violin and fete dáccordeon. A must!
The Morvan is known for its many lakes. At 3km distance you will find a swimming and fishing lake with a play and recreation field. You can also rent canoes in the vicinity with which you can sail on the Arroux.
Furthermore, you can make beautiful walks from the gite.
If you want to go horse riding, there are several riding schools in the area where you can rent a horse. There is the possibility to come with your own horse. Your horse can stay with us in the field, or if necessary in a stable.

Further remarks
You can also stay with us in a gypsy caravan or safari tent suitable for 4 -5 persons. The gypsy caravans are surrounded by a veranda where you can enjoy the sun until late in the evening. Two of our safari tents are at the bottom of the campsite, fairly private, and 2 safari tents with bathroom are at the top of the campsite.

Na een jaar weer teruggekeerd op deze heerlijke plek. Wat is er in dat jaar hard gewerkt! Een prachtige kleine camping, sanitair gebouwd, er is een zwembad en de zolder is uitgebreid.
Wij hebben twee fantastische weken gehad in de gite. De kinderen hebben alle vrijheid om lekker te spelen. In de ochtend wordt er een activiteit gedaan, knutselen of paardjes poetsen. Ook het broodjes bakken in de avond op het kampvuur en de kinderdisco voor de allerkleinsten vonden wij een groot succes. Ook onze kinderen zaten huilend in de auto toen we weggingen.
Na een tweede keer ging het ons nog niet vervelen, dus wij zullen hier zeker ook een derde keer komen.Fam. Veldman from Tholen,
Wat een super vakantie hebben we hier gehad! We werden erg gastvrij onthaald met lekkernijen en opgemaakte bedden.. De gite ziet er mooi, schoon en verzorgd uit en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. In verband met kerst was de gite mooi versierd. De kinderen hebben zo genoten van alle dieren en activiteiten. Mooie speelzolder in de schuur waar van alles te doen is voor de kinderen (darten, tafelvoetbal, knutselen etc.) Dikke tranen toen we na een week weer weg moesten...De omgeving biedt veel mogelijkheden voor wandelen, fietsen of een mooie scenic route rijden. Kortom veel redenen om nog eens terug te komen!

Twee heerlijke weken gehad. De gite is niet groot maar door de indeling en de gebruikte materialen prima als vakantieverblijf voor 4 personen.
De kinderen hebben het super naar hun zin gehad; dieren, speeltuin, opzet zwembad, knutsel- en speelmogelijkheden in overvloed en vriendjes.
Kleine camping met mooi uitzicht, ongedwongen sfeer. Fam. Overbosch bedankt!
